The crew worked very hard but lacked supervision. I walked the property with an account manager…read morethe week before but he did not show up to walk the crew through what I needed done. It took another trip to finish the job. What really bothered me is that I requested deer resistant flowers. Within a week the deer found the flowers very tasty. I kept replanting in hopes of saving them. I was in the process of selling my home so had little time to call the company. I finally called two weeks later and was told that they did not warranty the planting. At $40 a flat, I was out over $160 for the pansies. This company was not cheap and for the price you'd think they would stand behind their representation of the plants were deer resistant. NOPE

We liked using Joe as he did know what he was doing but not being able to communicate is Joe's big problem and hence the reason we have unfortunately had to stop using his services. There is only so many times you can try to contact someone.

We worked with Ryan Green after an insane hail event to have Quality Exteriors replace our roof and…read moresiding, which were heavily damaged by the storm. They did a lot of significant legwork with our insurance company throughout the process. I am really pleased with how they went to bat with insurance and pressed them to cover the maximum repairs possible, including bringing the repair items on our older home up to this year's code. Since I have never made a claim on my homeowner's policy before, I am very happy with how helpful Ryan and the team were with getting insurance to cover what our policy states it should for these repairs. Several of our neighbors also had Quality work on their roof and/or siding after this storm, and everyone has been pleased with the work. Ryan is very knowledgeable and was helpful throughout the process. If you also have a complex exterior roof/siding repair that you'll be making a claim for, I highly recommend them.

Blake was one of the first to respond and had the best price that included everything. He was able to come by the same day and quickly determined everything was mechanically good to go. As an added bonus, he offered to test my sprinkler system for free. Since it hadn't been fired up for the new year, this was a good idea. In particular as he found a stuck sprinkler head. He was able to replace the head for barely more than the fee for backflow testing. And managed to complete the repair super quick. Great service, prices, and speed. Highly recommend.
