I would like to thank Dr. Anzalone for being such a great Dr. and helping me with my severe rsd/crps full-body.He came over and he seen my pack that I have to wear with 1stimulater for upper body and one for lower body. We had a great conversation about how bad I suffer for the last 17 years.He is friendly and understands the hell I deal with on a daily basis. The program is a great tool to you for people like me.Im very sad to know that this wonderful Dr. was suspended. We as his patients always looked forward to talking with him and telling me how to mix strains and to never buy street drug because there very dangerious. I hope he will be able to come back to the program because as sick people who suffer need a dr. in our medical circle. He cares and I will never beleive he had bad intentions at all.I hope to see he will be back again soon. I met with Dr. Anzalone and his team last evening at the Cherry Hill seminar. All wonderful people. It is too early to really give a review as I have only just applied for my medicinal card but two things I feel very strongly is: The Good Lord was looking out for me when I was searching for a Licensed Medical Marijuana Doctor. It was all by Faith, chance and luck that I found Dr. Anzalone. Just Freakin Amazing. All those people I met last night make you wonder why all humanity cannot be as kind and compassionate towards one another. Make no mistake.. I am not helping them, they are helping me. OUR GENERAL PRACTIONERS SHOULD ATTEND THESE SEMINARS!!! It's time for them to OPEN A BLIND EYE on the medicinal applications of medical marijuana. That includes my own GP whom I adore and have been with for over 15 years. He respected my wishes to look into medical marijuana and did provide his doctors notes to aid in the process but is not admittedly knowledgable about much of it. It's time doctors out there to learn about this and maybe stop perscribing so many other medications with horrendous and addictive side effects. We know you only want to help us. Dr. Anzalone was an Amazing person who took the time to listen and care for me...I see his license has been suspended which puts me out of medicine. I had to come in and see him and Provide All the proper paperwork...They discounted my fee and had actually helped Pay for it at one time. My father is a Highly decorated Vietnam Veteran and due to his service time Army 173 & 82nd Airborne I suffer from the effects of His Agent Orange exposure which he is compensated for and on the registry. It has also reached All three of my girls. Some People such as myself Have Disese that Will NEVER go away or get better (Degenerative disease, intractable pain, etc etc) So Why would we Make those people Suffer the Extremely Long drive (when I cannot I do not have a chauffer) The point was to make medical marijuana Easily accesible to those in need and the state has kinda done the opposite due to christy.. I am so grateful to the person who recommended Dr.Anzalone to me. After he listened to all I had to say, you could see the compassion he had for what I was going through. He is so real and caring, I felt he was crying with me as I explained my situation. Holding my hands in his, he told me not to worry, in such a way that put me at ease completely . I let go of the anxiety that plagued me, when he sat and talked to me. I have seen many doctors, but I have never been to one who shows how committed he is in making his patients feel better, physically as well as mentally. Consider yourself a very lucky person to have a Dr. Anzalone in your life. His assisstant, Caren, has all the same ideals and compassion and only wants to see that they are making a difference in our lives. Wow, with such an amazing team it's no wonder everyone is talking about these guys. I hear they were doing amazing work with Medical patients of New Jersey and went in myself. After reviewing my records and long paper trail of medical records i had my card in around 2weeks. The staff was amazing and the doctor kind & knowledgeable too. They even helped me with registering with the state. Something the other doctors in the program i encountered did not help with at all. As i do not have a computer i was very thankful to them and their practice. The best part was the visit was only around a hundred dollars, not two, six or eight like some other doctors i went to. I am just amazed at quality, cleanliness and compassion exhibited by this office. A+ and the best doctor by far in NJ MMP!!! read more

Dr. Anzalone is an asset to the medical community. working non-stop to provide compassionate care for his patients, he works after hours, even answering his phone on a Sunday, taking his time to make sure he provided me with accurate answers to questions. Dr. Anzalone even worked with me, giving me payment options so I would not be as stressed. He and his clinical staff showed me true compassionate care. anybody who says otherwise, in my opinion and experience, would be lying. If you suffer from a debilitating illness and conventional medicine and practices failed, I would not hesitate to give him a call. read more

The secretary was a nut job and his staff member is a bully. I did cot receive service due to the secretary's full blown panic attack .when I tried to apologize and rectify the situation(I had a pocket knife) I was simply not allowed to and one of Dr.Anzalone's security thugs jumped to conclusions instead of the three of us talking about rectifying the situation I got bullied for the first time since the first grade.to add insult to injury somebody left me an insulting text message. This is unacceptable behavior from a "professional" to text an insult from Doctors phone to me. read more

Dr A. Great doc , who takes his time and is attentive with all his patient's questions and concerns. I could not say I have had a bad experience with in the past year a half being a patient of his. Although somethings are out of his control via the state of New Jersey but rest of sure he tries to make the process run as smooth as possible. My opinion if you qualify for the program Dr. A should be your doctor of choice. Dr. Anzalone is a great compassionate doctor and his office staff are right there as well. From the moment I talked to him on the phone to arrange an appointment to the time I was at his office, I was completely relaxed and informed and know he has my best interests at heart. The occasional email he sends on relevant health issues and nutrition are a great resource as well. I only wish all my medical providers were as friendly and compassionate as him. What a great office, Dr. Anzalone is easy to reach, all ways willing to help, he understands the difficulties of my situation using a wheelchair and has made accommodations to make it easier for me to see him, first time I have ever gotten personal service from a Doctors office, but to have Dr. Himself making sure things were straight was impressive to say the least. What an interesting visit. Such an extremely diverse group of people, some old, some young, some black, some white, some with tattoos, some in business suits. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Dr. Anzalone is one of the finest Doctors out there. I will back him 100%. I was losing my vision from Glaucoma and getting headaches regularly. With his guidance and recommendations I now don't get my headaches any longer and my vision hasn't deteriorated since starting on the program. I called in and after a very brief hold he picked up the call. I took him through a few conditions I have been treated for and he scheduled an appointment. The office staff was very clear in terms of paperwork requirements and explained my options very clearly. He went through what he believes is my best course of treatment. A real positive experience.
