The door may be locked during open hours, however do knock, the owner will open it and welcome you in. The brands offered are Glams and Caraya, made by the same manufacturer that also builds instruments for the big brand names, and this store is a wholesaler (hence the great prices). I was not familiar with these brands before coming here, but after spending a while playing these instruments they are much higher quality than what I started out with when I was first playing, and they are beautiful when it comes to the appearance, real mother of pearl inlays, beautiful stains, it really is a lot of value for the price. Tanyan also offers great accessories including leather straps, strings, jewelry, and ornaments, so if you are looking for a gift for a musician this is a great place to shop!
