Search for the youtube "TruCoat" scene from the movie Fargo. Hilarious, but with expletives. Ethan was a pleasure to work with and got each of us on board with the Ford App. Also, we first wondered why they did not attach my front license plate (required in IL). As it turns out, while there are pre-drilled indentions on the front bumper, most Ranger owners (maybe all trucks) prefer a non-invasive work around. Ethan offered to attach but suspected that we would not want them to do that. I found the work-around that can only be done by the owner. See the ranger6g forum. Ethan's passion and genuine care for us as customers was evident from the beginning. We were very happy with our experience. No stress. And the Ranger is beautiful.
