    I think the people who have had no problems with their service had fiber. I had fiber with PMT for…read moreover a year and had zero issues. And then I moved. They don't have fiber where I'm at, and I'm paying nearly the same price. I had to pay to transfer it over, of course, and they wanted me to pay for the internet continuously even though I was waiting for weeks for it to be installed into my new place? That should have been my first clue... so I finally get it installed, I take off work to be there, and it immediately doesn't work well. I call, on their end "everything is working like it should." I have a phone and an iPad connected and that's it. I had some important zoom calls that I kept dropping with only those 2 devices on there. It's been less than a month, I've had some periodic and very frustrating success with the internet as I've added more devices, but I've upgraded my phone so I can have a hot spot for when my internet is out. After this whole week of it out, I'm like Why am I paying for this? I have had it less than a month and it's been a nightmare. Now I can just use my phone as a hotspot. So I call to cancel. They can SEE that my internet is NOT working, but I will need to pay for the full month. Of non-working internet. And they're saying it's my fault because I'm not going to take time off work and wait for a tech to come out and fix it, even though when I've called before they said everything was fine when it wasn't? I'm so over it. If you can get fiber with PMT and you never have to deal with techs and billing, it's fine. Do it. But if not and you have to deal with their garbage internet? RUN. Or just throw your money into the Idaho wind like I just did
