I had ex rays, talked to the doctor and he told me to come back in two weeks; that would give them time to get authorization for surgery. I get a call a day before my next appointment saying they don't take my insurance. So, for two weeks I could have been looking for another Podiatrist and getting my foot taken care of. I call today to get my ex rays and they won't give them to me without $15.00. The girl I was talking to was sooo Rude. What they did was wrong. They didn't verify insurance and they are legally supposed to give me my $40.00 back. I was misinformed that my ins. was accepted and charged a co pay as a result. FYI, their website still says they take my insurance.

I took my son to see Dr. Vicky recently because he is having a rough transition from homeschool to…read morehigh school and some other turmoil in our lives. I was afraid he was slipping into a depression. He is highly resistant to traditional therapy but I thought he might be more accepting of hypnotherapy and I have definitely seen some improvement in his emotional health. Dr Vicky spent a long time with us, going over all the things that might be bothering him. She spent time with us together and with just him. What we concluded would help most is if he can get a decent night's sleep, as he has always had trouble sleeping, even as a baby. She allowed me to sit in on the hypnosis session as well so I actually got to experience what she is doing for my son. I can't believe how relaxing the process was! She gave him a cd of the session to listen to when he has trouble sleeping. What impressed me most is how much Dr Vicky genuinely cares. She told me I have a great, very normal kid. She has contacted me just to find out how he is doing, not to try to get us to come for more sessions, unless we feel he needs it, but just because she wants to know he's doing ok.
