My son always complained that they did not learn anything, all they did was condition and not combos or anything else related to boxing . It was a waste of money when running , push-up and curl ups can be done at home. I told the front lady this many times and would always say they learned new things each day with the coach but it was complete BS

For an old guy trying to get back in as much shape as possible for this tournament in 40 days, I couldn't have asked for a better start. Coach Rios showed up on time, asked a lot of questions, really took the time to get to know me and my abilities. He pushed me the right amount so I felt it, but also gave me freedom to back down when I needed to. I loved the way he kept the movement and variety going so my brain didn't check out, while still drilling the repetitions I know I'll need. He wasn't just letting me go through motions--he was picking apart my technique, which I really appreciate. It made the workout both tough and fun. Five stars all the way.
