Stumbled upon this when we got lost looking for another restaurant to which we had reservations. The Gods were smiling on us because this place was fantastic! We arrived at 9:30 and, although every table that was open had a "reserved" sign on it, they took pity on us and gave us a table. I highly recommend any one of the beautiful salads (we had the chefs interpretation of a shrimp Louie with avocado) and the fresh pasta two ways was delicious. The real winner to me was the "chop suey". It sounded so bizarre I had to have if and was so glad I did. It's basically fresh waters veggies and chicken in a sauce but it was fantastic!! They mix excellent cocktails and have a lovely wine list as well!! The fresh fruit chocolate fondue ended a beautiful meal. When we left at midnight, the place was still packed. The entire time we were there, they had not one empty seat and they had turned about a dozen parties away. This was strictly a locals hangout and I almost feel bad posting this and letting the secret out on this local gem. read more
