I didn't see eggplant parmesan on the menu, but they told me if I ask for it (advance notice would be helpful) they'll make it. Entrees are served hot. The manicotti and lasagna are delicious; the manicotti is not a big pan but a take-out container with two manicotti rolls; will feed one hungry person but wouldn't be enough for two people. As for the donuts, they were nice in general but a bit too sweet for my liking (except for the Oreo Cake one). My favorite donut was the Oreo Cake one followed by the Tropical Mango one.
