RE: Business Owner's Reply- I do not know how you are surprised after ignoring me multiple times when I was ready to move forward with reviewing a contract. You ignored me over 2 weeks and we had a professional relationship. You also gave me 3 Wedding Venues that you said you are "preferred vendor" for, without me asking. I checked all 3 of them and you clearly lied to me. Also, Tony, you response to my review says "some of our reviews tells you that our customers were referred by their venues". This is factually incorrect of your Yelp reviews. I checked all 80 of them. None do. Another lie here.

I'll be honest, at first I didn't think I'd be hiring Magic Moment for our party. Armond is so…read moreresponsive that I assumed he was trying to be aggressively salesy instead of simply helpful. What changed my tune? Primarily, the booking process. I talked to another vendor whose prices were cheaper and had good Groupon reviews, but there were red flags when I asked for a contract, etc. When I posed the same questions to Armond, he was again responsive and provided all of the information I asked for without trying to convince me to simply trust them. Once I booked, the responsiveness never faltered. Most times, I got emails back within a few hours, regardless of the day or time sent. In addition to Armond, Nathaniel helped me out with the design of the photo strips. When I didn't quite see what I wanted, he was able to model a design after an image I sent him at no extra charge. On the day of our event, John showed up promptly to setup. He was easy to work with and answered any questions we had. Everyone really enjoyed the photo booth and we got some really fun images out of it. At the end of our event, we got a physical copy of the strips and a few days later a link to a gallery that we could share with guests. Bottom line, I would hire Magic Moment again for a party. They were extremely professional and we were happy with the overall experience.

Also, we had a very diverse guest count with different age groups that really didn't classify as a group lol We found John and it was by far the best deal we've gotten from anything wedding related. We felt like we owed him with all the services he includes with his packages! We met with John and Tony and it felt like an elephant left my chest after we left our first meeting. They answered all our questions, we seen videos of previous events and they gave suggestions for games to get the guests entertained before dinner. Days before the wedding i was so scattered brain, indecisive and changed my mind on so many songs and nothing was a problem they updated everything immediately and assured me that everything would be fine. I didn't feel like they were a vendor i felt like they were FAMILY. The patience, thorough communication, suggestions and support was more than expected. Anyway enough about them. The day of we had John, Tony and Rico and you better believe they had backup upon backup upon backup! They came early to set up and greet us. Once the reception started people were non stop dancing. I honestly didn't even remember what was included in our package, so when I was sent the link to ALL the pictures the next day, I was so happy! Attention all you event-planner extraordinaires!…read more Yes, photobooths are still in vogue. The way I see it, photobooths = bacon. My rationale? No matter how many times they make an appearance, everyone is always happy to see 'em! And just like bacon, photobooths can get dressed up to the nines. ShutterBox offers several nice add-ons, which I'll detail below: 1. The photo strips come out perforated for you and a buddy to keep, so you can give that pesky scanner a rest. 2. They do a really nice job of adding your company logo, name of party and any other graphic you'd like to the photos! 3. You can choose from color or black and white, and either classic photo strip or 4 x 6 formats. 4. They come out dry, so no risk of smudging your goofy works of art! Additionally, Jen and Rob are wonderful people to work with. One of them will show up 1 hour prior to the event to set up. Really, that's all the time they need! And they're fast -- I had the digital images the very next morning the last time I worked with them. Highly recommended!

From the very beginning, Steve was full of energy...he was so much fun, and he completely brought the party to life! He has the kind of personality that lights up a room...so lively and kind and he was 100% in sync with everything that we were doing! Steve worked with us every step of the way! He was patient, upbeat, and honestly just a joy to have there! He kept the guests engaged, got people dancing, and was clearly loving what he does, and it showed in every move that he made! And here's something I really appreciated... he actually told me, "If anyone gives you trouble, I'll take care of it!" Now THAT'S a DJ who's got your back!!! He was supportive, polite, and just the perfect presence throughout the event! He brought in extra lighting to really make the room sparkle, and he gave me a hands-free microphone which was a lifesaver since I was giving the welcome speech and needed my hands free to hold onto the papers that I was reading from! His assistant was also very sweet, and she was right there to help Steve from the beginning to the end of the evening! We're so grateful to have had Steve as part of my Mom's birthday celebration and it wouldn't have been the same without him! I HIGHLY recommend Steve for your next event! After all, music is EVERYTHING at your party! You need someone who's a pro... someone who can keep the energy going... someone who has a personality and who speaks well...someone who can make your event come alive!!! You need STEVE!!! He'll give you confidence and one less BIG thing to worry about! And he is just a "hell of a...." nice guy!!! Infinite thanks, Steve!!!! Lenore, Bob and Emily, too!!!
