Plenty of benches, an adult size picnic table, 2 adorable kid/adult & child Picnic tables & chairs. The best part about this part in my opinion is the whole park is in the SHADE!!!! There is also a nice gazebo at this playground which is also off to the side from the actual play area. The only 2 down falls I would say is no bathroom or trash cans to my knowledge but not bad enough to give it any less stars.

It's a bit hidden; I've personally driven past it at least four times, but today I finally found it! Check the map and you'll be able to suss it out!

So I still give this lovely park 5 stars despite lacking one of those cool splash pads like some of the surrounding parks. Each area of this particular park is so carefully attended to... the picnic tables, pavilions, play structures (oops, there I go again). And the bathrooms are so clean! A sure sign of high performance parks n' rec. It's never overcrowded which is great. And we parents with kids are all civil and nice... it's like we all watch Daniel Tiger together or something. Haven't been to any concerts or big events. Big downside for me is that the running trail is only 9/10 of a mile which leaves a dunce like me who failed the fractions test in grade school completely clueless as to how many whole miles I've run. Just kidding... I don't run. Is that the ice cream truck I hear? Gotta run.

This park is designed for young children, as most of the swings have the bucket seats and the slides are not terribly high. There's a grassy area for tag, while the play structures are surrounded by mulch. There are a couple of trash cans and one recycling container. Only thing that could make this park better is a water fountain. Closest one is at the library, a quick walk past the ballet studio. 2019 Reviews #31
