I think not! I called several car services that couldn't help us due to the last minute booking. Fortunately, I reached Craig at Roman Bath Private Hire. He picked us up at the train station in a spotless, very comfortable car, ran us out to the hotel to drop our bags and dropped us off in town for lunch at a Thai restaurant he recommended (a wonderful meal), and an afternoon walking tour of the notable sights of Bath. Then he worked with us to put together a bespoke tour of Lacock Village and Abbey, the lovely village of Castle Combe and countryside, finishing up at an overlook in a park with spectacular views of Bath, river and surrounding area. The next day, he drove us to our airport hotel by way of Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral, two sights added at his suggestion. We would not otherwise have seen them, so we jumped at the chance to do so. We arrived at the hotel relaxed and ready for dinner. Craig saved our visit to Bath, making great recommendations and suggestions that made the visit so much more special and enjoyable. We would definitely choose his service when we return to Bath and highly recommend Roman Bath Private Hire for anyone visiting the area.

Booked an arrival and return pick-up, for a total of 98 British Pounds. Not bad at all for a two way ride! ( A Black Cab will cost over 100 Pounds one-way from the airport) My driver called my cell phone at pre-arranged time, upon landing at Heathrow. He greeted us at the arrival exit, with a placard with my full name on it. The driver was very courteous and helpful with our luggage to the car. Bottles of waters are available in the car. On our return trip to the airport, the assigned driver arrived at the hotel early for pick-up and gave me a call. No stress and no-frills impeccable service! I booked a taxi for 2 adults, 2 children, and 4 suitcases -- clearly stated. The pickup was meant to be at 6 PM, but they sent a taxi at 6 AM instead. Not once during the booking process did anyone ask if the time was AM or PM -- which should be standard protocol for any company handling airport transfers. To make matters worse, my confirmation email initially claimed I had no luggage, despite clearly stating otherwise when I booked. I had to call them to correct their mistake, but missed the AM/PM error they made in the process -- and they used that as an excuse to completely absolve themselves of responsibility. On the day of my flight, I had no taxi, no support, and was told I'd need to pay again for a new booking. No apology. No ownership. Just complete disregard for a family trying to make an international flight. This is not just unprofessional -- it's borderline criminal. If you're planning something time-sensitive or important, DO NOT trust this company. They are careless, dismissive, and will leave you stranded without a second thought.
