And I have a shoulder injury from almost 2 years ago, that has definitely decreased my range of motion. I have also been dealing with bronchitis this week. Due to all of these concerns, I wanted her to focus on my upper body. She asked about all of my concerns and wanted to make sure that she addressed all of them in my hour session. I have had lots of massages over the last several years, some times going weekly. Lemme tell you, this was THE BEST massage I've ever had, hands down. I will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you so much Carla!!!!

I must be a challenging patient because she heals my neck, my shoulders, and my knees. A huge thank you! Today was my third visit to RSVP. Each time I go I get the relief I need for my neck and shoulders. Our lifestyle today lends itself to getting neck and shoulder pain; ie looking down at our cell phones, reading a book or magazine, sitting at a desk looking at our computer, and even driving. Jamie truly has the gift of healing. She even showed me exercises I can do at home to help ease my pain between visits! 5 Stars for a "Rockstar"!

The first thing she did was add towels under my shoulders to help support plastic surgery I've had which is something no one else has ever done - so simple but it makes a MASSIVE difference to my experience , ( and now I do it at home too! Hello tummy sleeping!). She helped ease back pain , and shoulder/jaw pain from IT work with a gentle but firm approach. I felt incredibly comfortable and in great hands, and continue to! She's extremely skilled and above that, she just seems to be a able to find exactly where you need the most help , instinctively. I cannot recommend her enough.

Long post....A few months back I had cosmetic work done (mommy make over minus the BBL). I had my…read moreinitial recommended massages done as directed in the city I had the procedure done. Weeks later I felt sick, bloated, and extremely heavy. It was recommended I continue with lymphatic drainage massages. I began a local search on my web browser and was surprisingly disappointed that none of the spas showed advertisements for the particular surgery I had. It was important to me my therapist was familiar with my procedure (how it healed, suture line, scarring, lymph vs extreme swelling) and not just an overnight pop up spa that was apart of the cosmetic fad that is happening now. I was fortunate enough to find Massage Moments . Chanel was everything I needed to begin my healing journey and more! First thing is she answered the phone. I mean who still answers the phone and talks to their prospective clients? I just knew I was going to get an answering service or some sort of impersonal text. Second, she was just a bottomless pit of knowledge. Third and the most important to me, she had rules that protected her but also my health and well being (....based on your stage of healing you cannot receive these services but these services will work better because.....). Affordable, Chanel is very affordable. If anyone argues her prices they are crazy. I personally took the extended route route which included weekly lymphatic drainage which started 8 -10 weeks post op. If I'm not mistaken I completed 8 sessions of lymphatic drainage and 4 sessions of cavitation. Before and after each session there was consultation. Which included drink lots of water . Did I need all of those sessions? No I didn't. Chanel would tell me....."you don't need anymore lymphatic massages your waist is snatched". But I wouldn't take "you're done" for an answer. I was so pleased with my result, I just wanted to do any and everything I could to maintain what Chanel and I achieved. Overall my therapist Chanel is the best! I know she can do wonders for you as she did for me! She is professional, knowledgeable, HONEST, and reliable. Once again I couldn't be more happier with my results. I feel a million times better and look a trillion times better .

I am a sonographer and many do not realize how frequently we suffer job related injury. Leslie had worked with other sonographers and was familiar with common areas of pain that are job specific. I experienced relaxation at its finest with the calm environment and the release of tension & stress I held in my shoulders and neck. She also introduced me to cupping. She has a lot of unique machines and cool tools that really make a difference. She's wonderful at explaining how each thing works and is the most professional masseuse I've ever had services from. I referred my friend Jeff to her and he went and is still able to walk now without a limp and without a cane due to the progress of pain relief from old injuries. He has more mobility in his shoulder because of the release in his muscles he can move again after just one cupping session. If you are in the Tampa area, Leslie is highly recommended.
