Her front desk employees(male and female) are very kind and welcoming. During and Before, allows you to ask questions, inquires your at home skin regimen(if you have one), and will provide suggestions if needed. I love that she pushes the limit of melanated skin to get the results we're paying for. I've been to many dermatologist, of other races, who were very afraid to go above and beyond for results as they were scared/unsure/not educated sufficiently on melanted skin.
