I was not rude at all and then she started saying well maybe people have health etc. well maybe my mom just died. Lots of people have issues, but you don't have to be ugly to people about it and if you gave me $1 million I would not buy one candle there in fact I would not do anything with this company ever I have been involved with small business owners 600,000 for 30 years and I have never met anyone so rude and so poor in customer service.

While all the staff was so kind and helpful, Jordan went above and beyond to make the experience special for the kids, which we appreciated tremendously. Whatever you're paying him, it isn't enough. Give him a raise! Each child walked away feeling special in some way. Facilities were optimal for a party as well. There's a spot with tables and a refrigerator for a reasonable cost, cordoned off from the rest of the downstairs area. This made it easy to keep everyone contained and safe.
