Tammy went above and beyond for our wedding she took the stress out of everything. From the first time we met her she gave us a checklist of items she could offer and assist with (photographer, videographer, flowers, DJ) including setting up for our church ceremony. She made it easy to pick out what we needed and gave us great ideas when we were a bit confused as well. If you have any inspirations or things you want done, she can do it for sure! Every few months she would check in with us and we would reach out if we needed to make any changes. All of this was handled with care and proper communication so we were on the same page. For the big day Tammy and her team exceeded our expectations and we were left speechless with what we walked into. I met with her in person to go over the basics and get a price quote. Then over the many months she would call to check in, ask for inspirations of what I wanted and asked me to meet again for samples of curtain colors, floral centerpieces, etc. This was all happening during the mist of our tariff issues, and she was very transparent about having some upfront payments so she can lock in the price of a few items she needed to purchase. We needed more centerpieces ordered, we needed to change the start time by an hour and she adapted to all the changes. She is up-front with you that you can change layouts and designs but if you have a theme color change, please be courteous and let her know ASAP in case she needs to make more purchases. This review is long overdue. I have been married four years now, but in honor of our anniversary, I have decided to give recognition to those who helped execute our beautiful wedding. I went to Ann's after a recommendation from my cousin, whose wedding she provided floral and photography services for. After scheduling a consultation with Ann AKA Ivy, we decided to use her as the one-stop shop. This saved me from a whirlwind of stress. We did not have to shop around for multiple vendors -- Ann did it all for us. We went through Ann for these services: 1. Photography + photobooth 2. Videography 3. Floral (venue set up, bouquets, boutineers) 4. Lighting 5. Cake 6. Linens I mean, she does it all! She even threw in the photobooth for free because my car got broken into while paying a visit to her. For two of our engagement photoshoots, Ann did my makeup and hair. She is a doll. I believe Ann has a bunch of vendors she contracts with and she gets it at a wholesale price, so she saved us so much money and time. For all of this, I can't remember the actual cost, but it was around $13-14K, which seems like a lot, but a good videography and photographer alone can cost up to $8K-10K. We had a 260+ guest wedding, so Ann was able to alleviate some of our planning stressors. On the day-of, she wasn't present, but her team knew exactly what to do. Tip: Getting married once may be a smart idea because planning a wedding sure is stressful! Luckily, we stumbled upon Tammy who was recommended to us by our venue. She not only provided us with floral, decor, and photography for one day, but she did it for two (We had two weddings: a traditional Asian wedding at Asian Pearl, and a Westernized wedding at Alexander's Steakhouse). My wedding was on Oct, 2021. I booked decor, cake, bride's make up, and photography at Ann's Bridal. _ The biggest problem I had was the cake. The cake did not set up as I requested. I also paid and requested for edible pearls on cake, but the cake was decor with unedible pearls, which is choking hazards. In addition, I ordered tiramisu, custards, and cup cakes, but it turns out all the cupcakes was not the flavor as I ordered. The tiramisu and custard tier cake was terribly dried. On my wedding, I had to toss the whole cake away; I was really upset with the cake issue. I don't suggest you to order cake with Ann's Bridal. At first, I gave Ann's Bridal only 3 stars, but Tammy had contact me and apologized regarding to the cake issue, which was the bakery issue, and it was out of Tammy's control. The bakery she contracted with ruining her reputation, so I give Ann's Bridal 4 stars now for Tammy's sincere and cares. Though Ann's bridal did a good job on the decoration, but the details is not as what I requested. I asked for crystals hanging down from centerpiece, and I paid for that price, but there was no crystal hanging down. Tammy is a very nice owner, and she agreed to everything. Though it's overwhelmed for her, so she couldn't do a fantastic job on the cake part. The make up and photography is awesome. Carol (make up artist) and Johnny (photographer) were very professional. I'm now waiting for my photos from Johnny, and I will give more feedback on the photos. read more

I was concerned initially because our wedding was located in Sacramento, but Tammy calmed my nerves saying that their crew will leave at 9am in order to set-up for a 5pm ceremony. They also offer linens for the tables and chairs. I rented my own, because I wanted special table cloths for the bridal party and the cake table. They still placed my special linens for me. Everything including decoration, makeup, photo shoot, etc. was very organized and professional. Because of the tradition we have, Tammy had to wake up around 3AM in the morning to did my make up, and my make up was beautiful. My family was very please and surprised of the elegant decoration that Tammy did when they first came to the restaurant. The photographer, John, is also professional. He cared about how we post, the lighting, and every angle of every photo he took. They have a service when you can get the photos on the same night of your wedding. My friends really like the photos when they asked for original copy of them. When I first started working with Ann's bridal for our wedding decor everything went smoothly. Ann was great on checking in with us. She allowed us to add things a few months before our wedding that we didn't think we would want but ended up deciding to add. She response in a timely manner to questions and her prices ares reasonable. My review is the delivery of what was promised on our wedding day. Pros: Our wedding backdrop was decorated as promised. The ceiling drop decor was gorgeous. The chair covers were the one we selected. Cons: -Bridal bouquet was not what I asked for and you can tell they started making a hand tie classic bouquet and realized the greenery was missing and added the greenery on the outside. The bouquet ribbon was wrong it was suppose to be a long silk gold non metalic, but what I got was a short wired ribbon on metallic gold. Bouquet was delivered later then promised but did arrive before the wedding. Bridesmaids' bouquet was assembled correctly but the ribbon was the wrong color and length. - Reception decor, when we arrived there was no Tammy or Ann. I was under the impression one of them would be there to execute our decor set up but instead we got a team that didn't know what our head table should look like and set up the wrong table. We paid for a sweethearts table decor and what we got was a gold sequins cloth sewned together. Thanks to my bridesmaids who helped put together a decent table. (Why didn't I complain then? Because it was my wedding day and me getting upset about something they can't correct right there would be pointless.) - PHOTOGRAPHER: We decided to go through Ann's for photography, this was the worst decision we ever made. For the most part their photos looked decent. Not my first choice photographer but within our budget. Pay more for your first choice photographer it will save you a headache. We had two photographers, the main photographer was Tom & Eric was the second photographer. I want to give tons of credit to Eric, 2nd photographer brought on to help with pictures for the day. If it weren't for him we would not have some decent photos of our wedding day. I would recommend Eric as a photographer. Tom's photos were terrible. The excuse we got about the photos was that it wasn't edited yet. It was so terrible it's embarrassing to post. On the day of our wedding the photographer was having us do poses we weren't comfortable with and for the most part seemed annoyed or uninterested in what we wanted. There were no photos of our rings, missed some photos with our family members and no decent reception photo before guest showed up. The angles of the photos given to us we're all over the place, most taken at 45 degree angles. We had group photos taken at akward angles. People's heads were cut off in some group photos too. I have Lightroom and Photoshop experience so we were luckily able to reangle some photos and took photos of our wedding rings to have them put into our album. I've been waiting a whole year to write this review because I was waiting for our wedding album to come in. We received it a few days before our 1 year anniversary in May. When I asked why it was delivered later then promised Anns response was we submitted the photos to her later then usual. Photos were given to her in February. The album was nothing close to creative what you see in the shop and what we got was completely different. There seemed to be no creative thought into putting it together. We gave them 70+ photos and they used only about 45-50. I'm glad we don't have to deal with this anymore. If you're looking for classic/hand tied flower bouquets, floral center pieces, background decor, ceiling drops, chair covers, spot lights this place is afforable and can deliver as long as you stay on top of them for execution of things. read more

My wife and I were married on September 9th of this year. Just like with any relationship, let a lone a marriage, the foundation for success is built upon trust. When we walked into Ann's Bridal, both of us had no idea what to expect, neither of us have been married before nor planned a wedding. We were first greeted by Ann herself, however we eventually worked solely with Tammy. Both are great, honest, hard-working individuals that know and CARE about making your wedding the best it could be. The shop is beautiful and well organized. They do it all, from suit rentals to wedding decorations. My wife and I had them do the restaurant and church decorations, cake as well as photography. The cake was delicious and oh so beautiful. Tammy worked with us on flavors, gave us tastings and made sure the cake was delivered and set up perfectly at the restaurant. The photographer and his associate were OUTSTANDING!!! We knew we wanted a photographer at our wedding but didn't know where to start and who to ask, fortunately Tammy took care of that. Eric and his counterpart were very meticulous and precise in their approach with their pictures. The photographers were especially patient with our wedding entourage and the hoards of family members trying to take pictures of us while they were taking their own pictures. Both worked extremely well with finding the appropriate angles, lighting adjustments, poses and were quick to adjust with the elements. We had no clue how the pictures would turn out, but when we got them we were so amazed. "Is this really us?! Daaaang we really looked good" we're just some of our initial response at the pictures we saw. Needless to say our expectations were well exceeded. Now the piece de resistance, Tammy, her decoration skills and her willingness to help, guide as well as advise. Tammy will be the first to say I was hesitant in everything she had to offer. I was the typical spouse that thought of the budget, keeping everything to a minimal and simple as it can be. The do-we-really-need-that-mentality was my approach. Fortunately Tammy and my wife made me see the errors in my ways. We went to Ann's bridal for all of our decorations for our reception. This included backdrop, photo background, centerpieces, chair covers, drapes, mam qua trays/tea ceremony things, bouquets and boutineers. Tammy was great! Communication was excellent and she helped with everything we needed. There were a few small details that were different from what we were expecting, but it turned out beautiful despite that. We had a pretty big reception (500+) so we couldn't afford the chairs we wanted and the spandex chair covers would have been impossible to finish. I got married in Oct 2019 and am so grateful that we went with Ann's Bridal for decorations, flowers, cake, and photography! Tammy coordinated everything for us and truly cared about making sure that we were happy. We met up for hours multiple times beforehand to discuss centerpiece arrangements, bouquets, arches, cake tastings, and also saw samples of the centerpieces. The day before, she will send you pictures of your bouquet to check in with you. When I wasn't particularly fond of something, Tammy made the adjustments to fix them, though I do feel that Tammy excels most at more classic floral arrangements. On the day of, her team came early in the afternoon. Our venue had actually made the mistake of letting our guests into the reception area when they weren't supposed to, but luckily Tammy already had everything taken care of and everything looked BEAUTIFUL!! The effort that she had put in exceeded our expectations and although we didn't specifically plan for it, she added in extra touches that I had mentioned loving in our discussions like twinkle lights in jars and burlap/lace table runners. I later learned how disorganized our venue coordinator was and Tammy had taken the extra effort to also help direct the venue's setup crew for the ceremony setup. Now THAT'S some service! Our photographer, Johnny, was super easy to work with and really cared about capturing the day for us. We had a really tight schedule from morning to night. He worked with us beforehand and recommended how to move things around so that we can get the shots that we wanted. On the day of, he ran back and forth on the golf course so many times to take our golden hour shots before the sun was gone. It has been eight months since my husband and I have gotten married yet my blood still boils just thinking about the horrific experience we had with this shit hole of (what they call themselves) a place of business. We had a big expensive wedding with ten bridesmaids, ten groomsmen, three flowers girls, and two ring bearers to say the least (not including both sets of parents, Godparents, and/or sponsors). Needless to say, we wanted to do our best in having our wedding party dressed formally, with color-matched materials, and at an affordable cost to help mediate some of the other expenses. Unfortunately, coming to this place was the ONLY mistake we made when selecting all of our vendors. Upon our first meeting (January 2016), Ann told us she would be able to rent every outfit (guys and girls) for $110.00 each and ensured us that the groomsmen's vests would be identical in material and color to our bridesmaids gowns -- all we had to do was pick from the catalog and they'd be delivered in weeks for everyone to try on and have altered. Simple, right? Wrong. It ended up taking months for anything to arrive and as our wedding date (July 2016) started to get closer, our anxiety levels started to rise. Every time we tried to get an update, we just kept getting fed excuses (a lot of... "see what had happened was...") until we just stopped hearing back from them altogether. By June 2016 (literally a month before our wedding) we had every single person in our wedding party physically go into their shitty boutique to hopefully try on an outfit that'd be ready to go but wasn't. Every guy had a suit that was either three sizes too small or two sizes too big. Every girl had a dress that was NOT the one I ordered and in two different shades of the color I asked (our colors were regal purple and orchid with gold accents) -- they gave us a deep blue and a lifeless magenta. As if I didn't already have a million other things on my mind weeks before the big day, I had to waste precious time ripping them another asshole just to encourage them to get shit done. Ann apologized as she knew her company was at fault and said she'd have another order sent out to us asap but her staff on the other hand, was far from sympathetic or even understanding. Two weeks before the wedding, I reluctantly accepted the idea that these dresses were never going to find its way to The Bay Area and just wanted to move forward. Extremely frustrated, we went into the alteration stage. Halfway through remeasuring my bridesmaids, they "conveniently" discovered reasons as to why they wouldn't be able to make any adjustments: they told my girls that they were ALL either too short or too tall for tailoring (they even made my sister buy hers for $300.00) because they wouldn't be able to re-rent it to anyone else (first, what a rude thing to say to women averaging 5ft. And second, why wasn't this mentioned to me back in Jan.!?!!) after hemming. As for the guys' suits, we specifically ordered Tony Bowls' Manhattan tuxedos (or so we thought) and got a generic suit they quickly stitched together the night before in order to produce something tangible for us before getting sued (kinda like winging a presentation when you have absolutely nothing to show for it and haven't prepared shit-diddly). A week later (literally ONE day before our wedding), our wedding party went back to try everything on and to take to our hotel but sadly, they found themselves (and the products at hand) exponentially subpar of dumbfounded; they even told my other sister that it was her fault she couldn't fit into the dress because she "must've gained weight." In addition to the absolutely excessive chaos, Ann's Bridal required everyone to sign an agreement stating that if they were delayed on returning anything, they'd be assessed a $500.00 late fee. What. The. Fuck. These guys aren't fit for customer service and really shouldn't be in the business of trying to make dreams come true - they are fully capable of ruining such a monumental day for many couples and even generations. Please do yourself a favor and really take my review seriously by avoiding this far-below-mediocre joint and go to a bridal boutique that actually cares. read more

Worst experience. I reached out to Tammy on April 8th to do my sisters wedding on May 22nd. She was kind enough to work with me on short notice. I paid her a 2500 deposit because she needed to reserve the items. The wedding was canceled on April 20th (1 month before the wedding). I informed her on the same day. At that point she said she could not return my deposit because her vendors will not return her money. So she turns around to me and says the same. I'm thinking ????? IDK when my sister will get married... are you telling me that if she gets married in 2024 you'll have credit for me and decorate the wedding?? that makes no sense. To that she literally starts getting hysterical and theres nothing that makes sense. My thing is bc this is your business, why wouldn't you use this credit on the next event (which I'm sure she has weekly) and give me my money back??! read more
