Artelice Patisserie is my favorite dessert shop of all time. The best desserts to get here are the…read moretropical mango and the pistache. I've tried venturing out to try their other stuff, and it's all delicious, but I keep coming back for the mango and pistachio. I like how each pastry you purchase you also get a free macaron. Each dessert is very well executed, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. And I'm happy to say, they're perfectly sweet, but not too sweet!

I have been on this pastry journey for 6 months trying to find these fruit like pastries. I told my…read moredaughter when I was coming to L.A. to find the best place near her place. She took me here. The place was very clean and tidy with a lot of different types of sweet treats. I was there for one thing only. I did ask the gal working if they were made that day and she said yes. We ordered a raspberry, an orange, a coffee bean and the popular mango. This was my 2nd time trying these and our hopes were high BUT the raspberry was just awful the filling was strange and it had just raspberry jam inside,I dint eat it. The mango was okay so we shared that. The coffee bean was just awful as well so we didn't finish that either. The orange was the best of the group but overall just a disappointing experience once again because these are not cheap. I'm starting to think I might just have to give up my journey to find these although there are some places in Vegas that look promising. I don't think Reno has any bakeries that make these. They look so beautiful but the taste is a let down.

The ice cream at Ginger's was pretty good! I sampled a few different flavors and landed on the…read morelavender honey. It wasn't too sweet which I liked and the lavender flavor was fragrant! They also have a ton of other unique flavors, including yuzu boysenberry, mango lassi and several different vegan options. The ice cream was rich and creamy. Service was excellent! The worker assisting us was patient and welcoming. We waited about 20-25 minutes in line and you can sample as many flavors as you'd like. It gets super packed at night. There is some outdoor seating on the left side of the store. There is also street parking in the residential areas. Would recommend!

This is not to say I dislike the Salt & Straw's and Wanderlust's of the world, but they don't hold a candle to the well-rounded experience ice cream-goers are provided with at Ginger's Divine Ice Creams in Culver City. First, the ice cream. Every time I visit with my brother and order my usual (shout-out to the Butterscotch Oreos and Fudge!), I am ALWAYS provided the most generous of scoops, often more than enough to have leftovers for days following. The rich, smooth, and creamy texture paired with the familiar yet refined flavor profiles never fails to leave me satisfied and smiling :) However, my affinity for the sweet treats served at this establishment means NOTHING without the team-members that make Ginger's what it is. The team here is consistently warm and welcoming, never failing to ensure every visit is equal parts helpful and hospitable. Like I wrote above, I often come here with my brother, but it's the team and their positive vibes that make it feel like home. In closing, this parlor is WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT the best in the West (Los Angeles area), and I won't hesitate to continue supporting this quality establishment
