Steve (the owner) and Mike do a fantastic job keeping the pest away and that includes scorpions! They are always on time; never miss an appointment; use quality product; they're great in keeping us informed of upcoming service appointments; on the day of service they'll send a text to let you know they are on their way. King Air Duct Cleaning

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! After reviewing several pest control companies for my new home, I happened to see a Truck roll by with some cool logos on it saying Annihilation Pest Control. He was not on my list for local companies. Was able to get the number off his truck and called him. We spent a good half hour together asking about his backgrounds, his goals, and family. (yeah, can you tell I was a recruiter sometime in my life?) Steve is self -employed owner, starting out in a new venture, did his cert training, and uses all the correct chemicals that I researched for my animals. If ever I was glad to spend my monthly money on a guy working his butt off for his family, I could not be happier to have found him. Pricing? I have a 1600 sq ft home on a small lot, 30 bucks a month! I dont need corporate contracts to sign, and I get what I pay for from Steve. And the best part of all this?
