Short story: Do not use this company if you would like to work with people who value…read morecommunication, your needs, or getting a job done inside a year without you having to call/email/text them everyday to keep them on schedule. Based on reviews, we were very excited to work with Arrow Fence. Scott came out to measure and we received initial plans for our fence about a week later, informing us that they were scheduling 10 weeks out from the date of down payment. Upon noticing several errors to what we requested for our job on the original plans, we asked for a requote. Scott returned several weeks later and remeasured for the requote which was delivered in a timely manner. We are now about 1 month from the 1st visit. Two weeks after the visit for the requote we had still not received our quote or contract, despite multiple attempts at contact. Upon speaking with another member of the company 5 days ago we were told that Scott would be contacted that day and the contract would be sent to us that day. It was not. We tried calling every day after that and got voicemail or no response. Finally got a voicemail returned today to be told that Scott had gone on vacation starting today and would be gone for several weeks. We were also informed that scheduling was now being done 3-4 months after the deposit was placed. Because Scott is the only person that has any of our information and he is now on vacation for several weeks, we were told that we would not be able to put our deposit down and schedule our job until he returned. Our job that should have started at the beginning of February (weather permitting) is now being pushed until the beginning of May. To top it all off, almost everyone that we spoke to outside of Scott has been exceedingly rude and unconcerned with how our project has proceeded in such a slow and chaotic manner. Although our project may have been small (~$25,000), they really showed their true colors and how little they care about their customers. Our family now has to start this entire process over again with a new company, in the middle of winter with a foot of snow on the ground, having lost MONTHS of time and energy to a company that was entirely unconcerned about their poor service. I understand that companies like these are very busy right now, but how you treat people when times are less than ideal is the true measure of who you are. Arrow Fence does not measure up.

I was in touch with Highland before the year was over ( August of 24 finished and my first call went in July of 25) and Dennis came out to look at the driveway. There were tire marks at the end of my driveway from someone who had made a turn going out. Dennis told me it was because of the hot weather. There was nothing in the contract that said we are not responsible in hot weather if you are left with tire marks. Perhaps, his contract says that now. in 2025, I started seeing patches of gravel and started calling Highland In 2026 the whole top coat was gone and all you can see now is gravel. My husband called him and he said he would come out to look at it. He changed his mind and had me send pictures. He told me he had driven by and nothing was wrong with my driveway. You cannot see the gravel by driving by the house and it would have been nice if he had called and told us he was coming to look at the driveway. After paying a lot of money to have my driveway redone, Antonio's resolution was to have the driveway sealed.
