Queen Restaurant... Friendly service... The food was OK. We tried the buffet... And we enjoyed our time. The Saag Paneer was runny. It's better with some spinach texture. The chicken masala... would benefit with more cream in the sauce. Overall experience was a three... But not bad. They did ask how we enjoyed the food and what we would recommend. The food here is exceptional. We started out with masala chai and samosas, and the samosa crust was perfectly fried and flaky. For the entree we got goat korma and butter chicken with garlic naan and rice. Both curries had great flavor and the naan and rice were both cooked perfectly. Our friends wanted to introduce us to Indian food so we decided to go here due to their being a buffet so we could sample. U fortunately, the buffet was not open due to a heating issue. We dined in on a Saturday evening and we were impressed with the extensive menu. Barely missed the buffet but definitely want to come back. Our first time order at a new Indian restaurant is always, chicken Korna and chicken Tikka. Both were really good, the korna was creamy and spice level was medium, great deep flavor and loved that it had sliced almonds; Tikka was spicier and had a beautiful deep orange color and intense spice flavor, both came with a good portion of basmati rice. he naan was really soft and pliable with a hint of garlic flavor not overpowering at all. The service was very attentive and everyone was very welcoming. As for the ambiance, there's not much but, this is the kind of restaurant you come for the food and the people and sometimes that's all you need. Will definitely go back to try the buffet! read more

Everything needs to be changed!!! Horrible food, overpriced, pathetic customer service! We used to be frequent customers almost every other Fridays. However recently when we visited realized everything is changed- per person buffet prices are increased, ambience is changed, buffet menu is changed! Interestingly nothing good!! Regarding since we were interested to try this new menu, we agreed to dine - in for the buffet. The server asked us Garlic Naan or butter naan. And we started our lunch. Everything on the trays was cold. :-( When asked to refill with fresh hot food, they microwaved and got the stale appetizers. The bread on fish had become rubbery. Horrible taste had seeped in due to microwaving. Later the server refused to refill more naan saying only 1 naan is included in buffet and remaining additional naan would get charged. Astonished we asked to bring more so atleast we can have lunch, however whichever entree we tried to serve from buffet- they were all stale and horrible taste! Never ever eat in this place again! Wow, absolutely loved the deep flavors of the dishes at this establishment. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with friendly and very caring staff. We were hungry and each ordered a dish so we could have a family style dinner. Mushroom masala, butter chicken, palak paneer, and yellow lentils tadka. I went to Annapoorna and ordered takeout. They did not have Dal Makhani. I ordered gobi Manchurian, paneer tikka masala, cheese naan, and parotha. This was the biggest and most disappointing $40.01 that I have ever spent. I was craving excellent Indian food. Even the customer service was terrible. We tried the lunch buffet today. It is 13.99 for lunch buffet. They provide Butter or Garlic naan as an option in buffet and bring to table. Food was ok. Veg rice options are limited. They have chicken biryani and plain rice. Family showed up after which, I believe they requested Veg biryani and the owner/manager agreed to serve to table. My wife who is also a vegetarian asked for the same, owner/manager was reluctant as it was only one person but eventually agreed to bring one to us. Rest of the food was ok. I hate posting a bad review, but the recent change in ownership has caused a drastic change in the recipes and the quality of the food. This was our go-to place for Indian but we just aren't pleased with the flavors under the new ownership. Ok, the flavor of the dishes taste amazing but GOLY GEE. They take FORVER to make everything. My husband and I dined in. After an hour of waiting, his fish dish comes out with something he specifically asked them to eliminate. They said they'd remake it. 30-40 mins in we ask the server where his fish is. "Oh it's almost ready." Another 45 minutes later TWO of the dishes get brought out. Guess when he asked them where his dish was, they thought he wanted another one?! ‍ Ended up at the restaurant for almost 3 hours. Horrible service. Decided to give this place another try. Only this time we chose to pick up our food. Was told it would take 15 mins. An hour later the food was still not ready. Portion sizes for rice is soo TINY!!! So hubby asked how long it would take to get some garlic naan. "Oh 5-8 mins." Almost 30 minutes later it comes out luke warm in the foil. Wow. Help me understand why the service is so bad??!!!! They over promise, and under deliver!!! They seriously take FOREVER!!! Ohh, and my husband had to ask if they were even going to honor a discount when we dined in for the inconvenience. Fantastic new Indian buffet. My hubby and I went last Friday and really enjoyed it. Looking forward to going back again this Friday. We loved all the food- tandoori chicken, garlic naan, vegetable korma, Curry chicken, palak/saag paneer, vegetable rice, mint chutney, butter chicken, chili chicken, halwa, and gulab jamun. The service was wonderful, as we were offered a refill of the naan, and also 2 kinds - either butter or garlic naan. We loved garlic naan, as we often have naan with ghee at most Indian buffets. The ambiance was quiet and intimate. The restaurant is pretty small, and even though the buffet area is small, they pack a lot of options in it. Our server was very attentive and friendly. This place changed owners at least 3 times since the space became an Indian restaurant. The current owners are friendly and the service is decent for the buffet lunch. The food has gotten blander and the curries are all watery. If you want non spicy food , the buffet is the place for you . I don't know if they changed the recipes for the menu service , in the past it was better than the buffet. The buffet has fallen so much , I suspect the menu service did as well. read more

Great food! Went for lunch buffet. All items with veg or chicken. No lamb, goat, fish, egg. Service was very friendly, restaurant was very clean. Flavors were really solid, especially loved the fresh garlic naan and the saag paneer. Tandoori chicken was tender and juicy, which is often times very overcooked at many places. The chutneys all seemed fresh and bright, really a very nice touch. Don't forget the Gulab jamun. Overall, very well done! Would have like to have seen biryani (only had white rice and veg fried rice), and a little bit more spice. My only real concern is that the buffet didn't have very many items to choose from, but what they did have was all well executed. 4.5 stars rounds up to 5! The restaurant itself is rather small and was very noisy & packed full of people when we arrived to pick up our dinner order, so we probably would not eat-in, but would order takeout again in the future. Re. food, Veg Samosas were crisp and delicious (though the cilantro mint chutney that came with the samosas was a bright, un-natural green color that looked as though green food coloring had been added). Chicken Korma was perfectly seasoned, and the chicken pieces were very moist and flavorful - this was our favorite of all the dishes we ordered. Chana Masala was delicious, though next time we'll order it a bit spicier. Malai Kofta was the weak link of our order - the sauce was delicious, but the veg balls were a bit dense and tough. We would like this dish better if the veg balls were lighter and less compacted. Garlic naan wasn't very garlicky, and tasted a bit as if it had been warmed up vs. grilled fresh. But overall, we really enjoyed our food, and we will order here again. read more

I ordered takeout from here through DoorDash since I noticed they offered momos. I ordered Chili Veg Momos. It was packaged in foil and then placed in a plastic box which was wrapped with saran wrap. The food was still warm when I ate it 30 minutes later. It did have some kick and was complimented by the onions, bell peppers, and chili sauce. Very disappointed with the food here. Visited for a birthday dinner as many had recommended - I would give "0" stars if I could. Ordered sev puri, samosa chat, pav bhaji, paneer kabab, veg chowmein and chilli garlic manchurian. All the food was ordinary. The sev puri and samosa chat was way too tangy and lacked flavor. Pav bhaji, chowmein and paneer kabab were underwhelming, at best. The pavs appeared stale too. I highly doubt any food made here is fresh or from scratch. The worst was the manchurian which was fridge cold with a warmish gravy on top. We asked why it was that cold, and the chef said they would freeze the food and reheat before service - unacceptable. The chef removed this item from the bill - was not looking for a freebie just fresh flavorful food. I made a mistake visiting this place and am posting this review so others don't waste their time and money. read more

This place is pretty average, it's not bad but it's not great either. It's okay for a one time order but probably won't order again. The butter chicken was pretty bland and chunky surprisingly and the chicken vindaloo was smooth but no spiciness and bland again unfortunately. We found this absolute gem of a place and could not be happier. I enjoyed the best meal that I have had in years. From the delicious dosa starter with three delicious sauces to our main course and dessert, we were all blown away.
