Some trim work, siding with Z-bar, and three short seconds of barge rafters with minimal osb (roof sheathing) in two small sections. Easy stuff if you know what you're doing. He came out and did absolutely terrible work. I told them they need to have people out here with more experience and they did slightly better. Still have chipped trim, cracked siding from screws, didn't do the barge rafters or roof sheathing because they would "lose their license" and still took them a week to finish which was originally quoted for a day. They ended up sending 3 other guys to finish the work and demanded more money than what was originally quoted. So don't hire this company. I would have done the work myself but ended up selling my tools so couldn't. Overall very disappointed in this company.

Within one year, the cabinets began to chip and peel, and I was told it was because of water. Scott repainted one small section in front of the sink. It began to peel again in a short time. I called him again, but he was not receptive to repainting any more. I became obsessed with keeping the cabinets dry, which is hard to do in a kitchen. Now, ten years later, paint is peeling off everywhere, and not near water areas. I am so disappointed. These cabinets are beautiful, and I love them, but many sections need to be redone. I had my laundry room redone a few years ago by a different cabinet maker. They are also painted. So far, not one chip, no evidence at all of the paint degrading. I can tell it is a far superior paint job. I know a step had to be skipped in my paint job at Mandina's now that I have a comparison. I am so disappointed.

Todd scheduled promptly and came by, providing me with a very reasonable estimate to repaint my kitchen cabinetry (very dated, worn 90's light oak, unable to be re-stained). The real bonus for me is that they were able to fit me in between jobs so I wouldn't have to wait weeks to get it done, which I really appreciated. I appreciated the detailed invoice, showing what work would be done and in what order. They completed the cabinets per the schedule outlined and even gave me flexibility regarding the start date as I needed to remove old tile backsplash first.
