Timmy clover and his crew are the best! I had so many issues with my Jeep that I had taken to a previous mechanic. The previous mechanic had completely tore my Jeep to be valueless. Timmy and his crew told me the straight forward truth and they were super understanding and helped me figure out what my best option was. Their tires are also awesome quality and this will be the only place I take my vehicle and future cars to. read more

As my grandson was returning to college his car broke down on I-57 in southern Illinois on a Sunday afternoon. The vehicle was towed to Anna Tire & Auto, Anna IL. I drove down from Chicago to handle the situation while he continued his journey to school in my vehicle. First thing Monday morning I had a discussion with Chad who, although they were totally booked, said they would at least try to determine the issue and let me know the repairs needed. Unfortunately several parts needed to be ordered, etc. and repairs wouldn't be completed for several days. During the entire ordeal Chad and the staff kept me fully informed of their progress. They took the time to explain the working of the parts needing replacement. They even showed me the damaged parts. Not only were they knowledgeable, informative and professional they were helpful and friendly. They were considerate of the situation and, went above and beyond to offer assistance. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness they showed me and my family. I would not hesitate to use their services again should the need arise. read more

I have made a couple appointments with them and every time I do for some reason they refuse to call me. They put my car down as my brother's and will only call him (he drops it off for me since I work in a different town) then when I call to talk to them they tell me they were never told. So as far as the customer service side they are not good. For the mechanic side they're okay, pricey but do okay work. I will not be taking my car back due to the customer service side and the fact that at the last appointment I made I requested they check to see if the tires were balanced because after they replaced the front wheel bearings it still was not driving smooth and right off the bat they had to look up my brother's name to find the previous appointments and then told me it was probably a bad wheel bearing. When they had the car before they even checked to see if the tires were balanced they called my brother to tell him that one of them were bad. So I called them and the guy was very short with me as I asked how he could tell before even checking for the thing I asked for. He just kept saying sorry with nothing more. read more
