Service is fast and efficient. And I have been so impressed with her CARE and explanation to me of what needs done. I have an older Honda CRV, and she lets me know that "In six months or so," or "The next time you come in for a safety check," we should plan for this new part, or 2 new tires, etc. That allows me to budget, and be prepared, rather than be socked with a huge bill, like most places do. Again, I can't say enough great things about Karen and Gator Tire. I have recommended her to my close friends and colleagues, and will do so as long as I live in Carbondale.
