While I was broken down last week in a parking lot (my ignition cylinder broke), I called to ask if someone could come out to help me hot wire my car as I did not have the tools in the parking lot to do it myself. While I was on the phone, the man doubted my diagnosis and tried saying it could've been from a chipped key. He further stated that in order for him to come out and "diagnose" my car and to help me start it to move to a different location, he was going to charge me $125. I didn't see the purpose in having someone come out to the parking lot to tell me a diagnosis that I already knew, and I didn't need it moved anywhere as I was in a parking lot and not on the side of the road. The man on the phone was not friendly, and he acted like I didn't know what I was talking about (I am a woman living in a man's world apparently!) He told me he would call me back in 5 minutes after he researched what would've needed to be done & he never even called me back. Thankfully, I have a great village of people down here in Carbondale who were able to assist me with the proper tools to get it hot wired. If I had to rely on this business, I would not have a running car today! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

The only con is the length of time it takes, but if you want your car fixed right, and you are going to a good person, expect a wait since everyone else is going too. The price was very reasonable as well, and whatever quote Karen gives you, expect that or even a tad lower.
