Quality and service was and is unmatched. She followed up diligently before, during, and after sale. She did not say that her job is finished. But she said her job always continues and it never ends. She was ready to drive and come 1 hour from her location in any weather. One example. It was 40 below zero and she kept open house. Normally many agent will postpone but not Anna. 45 potential customers came and saw the house. Because of her passion and commitment we got offer very quickly. Here is the secret. We were not home, Not out of state but out of country. This shows that she took care of our house like her own. Thank you Anna for what you did and doing for us. In my opinion you should be in the top 10 agents in United States. Nilesh Baxi Parul Baxi And family. read more

Best in class realtor who is detailed oriented and an overall joy to work with. Highly recommend her for your next home purchase or listing.

Anna was absolutely incredible to work with on the sale of my condo. There is not another agent other than Anna in the Chicagoland area I would ever consider. Despite the challenging circumstances of having tenants and living in my unit and living 1,000 miles away from Chicago, Anna gracefully handled the sale process and far exceeded my expectations. She was responsive, thoughtful, extremely attentive and always had my best interests in mind. She was unwavering in her commitment to obtain not only the best overall offer, but was there throughout the closing process and had the best recommended resources to me from attorneys to contractors. As someone who works in the transactional world for a living, Anna's skillsets are what any buyer or seller should look for in an agent. She goes above and beyond and will make a process that is usually very stressful, go incredibly smooth. I can't recommend her highly enough. read more

We simply could not have found a better agent to work with than Anna! Highly highly recommend! She helped us sell our Bucktown town house for above asking. She was thoughtful and honest about improvements to make before going on the market. She helped stage the house beautifully before photos and every showing. She knows the market but also does her research and was an excellent guide and resource when it came to pricing and negations. She is direct and honest but never impatient or pushy. She worked with us for a year and we never felt rushed. Anna also found us a beautiful new home! She set up showings for us, working around all of our time constraints. She really listened to us and continued to find better and better properties until we found the one to buy! She is well connected and found us an under construction property, just a day on the market. She is quite simply very good at her job and a pleasure to work with. read more

Anna was amazing throughout the entire home selling process and an absolute all-star. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in extremely capable hands. She is a professional and an expert on all facets of the real estate market. Thorough and detail-oriented, her knowledge got our condo under contract through a pocket listing within 3 days - we were never even listed on the MLS! She walked us through the selling process, was accessible and communicative the entire time, and made every effort to be an advocate on our behalf. She had wonderful ideas and referrals for a handy man, real estate attorney, etc. She was very quick to respond and proactive in getting us information and updates. Anna is an exceptional real estate agent and we highly recommend her. She is a pleasure to work with and you would be lucky to have her on your team! read more

One word, FANTASTIC! If I could give anna 10 stars I would. We moved from NYC to Chicago during COVID and stumbled on Anna through Yelp (and we're so glad we did!). We moved from NYC to Chicago because of COVID and moved back from Chicago to NYC once COVID settled down. Anna assisted us with BOTH purchasing our Chicago home AND selling our Chicago home. Here are some of the things we thoroughly enjoyed during the PURCHASE of our Chicago home: 1. Anna was very responsive. 2. During COVID, Anna walked us through the COVID protocols and helped make the showings private and smooth. 3. Patient! Very very patient! Anna didn't hassle us or pressure us into buying a home. We had some concerns about our initial place and Anna thoroughly provided us with the pros and cons. 4. Calm, cool and collected! Anna held her ground during the negotiating phase! She helped us meet a price point we were comfortable with. Here are some of the things we thoroughly enjoyed during the SELL of our Chicago home: 1. Anna was very responsive 2. Cool car! We didn't have a car in Chicago, but Anna offered to drive us around multiple times for home showings. We greatly appreciated this as it made getting around in the cold super nice and easy! 3. Staging! Our apartment decorations were a mess! Anna brought in her own pieces to make our place look immaculate! 4. So easy to work with! Besides being super fun and relatable, Anna was super sweet and so so so easy to work with! Based on both experiences, I would recommend Anna to anyone! She has great attorney, flooring, and staging contacts. Additionally, she's lived in the area and knows her stuff! Thank you for an amazing buying and selling experience! read more

Anna made what can be an incredibly tedious and insanely stressful real estate process on both ends (sale and purchase) the least stressful, most enjoyable and most financially lucrative situation we could have asked for. From start to finish Anna was there to help us navigate the complexities. Not only was she there, but she was so hands on and involved! She did everything from help stage our house, lending us items that really helped accentuate key features of the home, to ensuring we had a checklist of everything to be done before our open house, to calling a contractor at the last minute to come advise on something. She attended every inspection, appraisal, showing, and advocated on our behalf every step of the way. The team of people she surrounds herself with are all top notch - attorneys, lenders, contractors, inspectors. Anna will help you figure out who you need when and will orchestrate all of it effortlessly. She was constantly available to talk through anything that came up, would text us back immediately with answers to our questions (and there were a lot), stayed on top of every detail with attorneys, lenders, buyers, sellers. She talked us off of some ledges throughout and is a calm sounding board and voice of reason when you need one. I refuse to do another real estate transaction without Anna there by my side. read more

If you're seeking a top-tier residential real estate broker, look no further than Anna. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with her on the sale of two properties, and her expertise and dedication were nothing short of stellar. First, Anna sold our single-family home in Roscoe Village without even putting it on the market. She found a buyer from her own network and secured an amazing price. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and she handled any issues that came up with ease. Then she took on the sale of my townhome in the Gold Coast. Even though properties in the complex had been sitting for over 100 days, Anna went above and beyond. She arranged for a painter and stager to get the place looking its best and ended up getting multiple offers, selling it for more than other townhomes in my complex. Her attention to detail was so thorough that she even ensured the pipes didn't freeze during a polar vortex and changed my lightbulbs for me! Anna's dedication went far beyond expectations, and her commitment to excellence was evident throughout both transactions. We can't recommend her highly enough--she is an exceptional professional who delivers outstanding results. If you're looking to buy or sell, Anna is the broker you want on your team! read more

Our journey began when my wife and I received an email from our landlord on a Monday night about their interest in selling the condo we were renting. Taken aback, and with only a month to find another living situation, we took a deep breath and then made plans to tackle the situation for the first thing in the morning. Our situation was as follows: - We've had solid "affordable" rent for years and understood it would be tough to find something in our range - We wanted to continue living within the same neighborhood of our current home - Never had we ever been interested in buying a home With this, we understood that we would potentially have to make that leap towards home ownership. We crunched our numbers, did the math multiple times, and figured out what are pros and cons were with our current and potential future living situations. From there we found Anna on Yelp based on the strong reviews and proximity to where we wanted to search for our new living arrangement. The first call with Anna was extremely warm, informative, and understanding of our situation. She immediately started a text thread with my wife and I and this would remain as our living breathing quick touchpoint pulse for our entire home buying journey. Anna was about that action and did everything to help us through this journey. From forwarding suggested properties, scheduling showings, connecting us with suggested 3rd party vendors, lenders, so on and so forth. She was willing to go above and beyond by providing us comparables to our current home and was even willing to reach out to other owners in our current building to see if they were interested in selling. One of the best examples of Anna's dedication was when we scheduled an inspector appointment on a below freezing morning during a time that Anna was not available. We had issues with the lock box (don't try to use lock boxes when it is negative in Chicago :) ) and Anna drove over out of her way to try and help us solve the situation. She was a great guide throughout the entire process, was honest with us, kind to others, and tough when needed. She knows her stuff and had our back as buyers. I'll skip the rest of the stuff in-between and jump to the part where Anna helped us secure our dream home. We saw our current home and loved it immediately and worked to get our offer sent within the hour after seeing it. Anna helped us move fast with our lender, our offer, and the selling agent. This was truly vital as there were a list of showings following ours. We got confirmation either later that night or first thing the next morning from the selling agent. Anna provided clear walkthroughs on next steps, how to, and best practices as we approached our closing date. Communication and at times emotional support continued and was greatly appreciated. The day before our closing Anna met us for our final walkthrough gift in hand and a bottle of champagne for us to celebrate. Unfortunately, given the current landscape, most of the traditional in-person activities couldn't take place, but the thoughtful gestures created as genuine and warm experience that one could ask for. Anna was great, as was clearly described in-depth above, and truly acted as a seasoned professional and as a friend. read more

Far beyond her friendly and welcoming smile (which genuinely make you feel like you'll be in good hands from the get go) Anna is a bona fide professional. Despite her impressive listings, Anna took on our small but mighty listing. It's worth mentioning her other listings because 1) you know that she has the experience to make things happen but 2) she treats and makes all of her clients feel like their listing is the most important in the world. Anna displays incredible professionalism and serves as strong and assertive support system. She was both transparent and creative during this process and a stone cold negotiator at the end. This all stems from being incredibly passionate about what she does, which for us was a blessing from the sky. The results: My Fiancé and I were relocating to Southern California and we were up against a tight deadline. Despite a very complicated building to sell in (inventory moves slow.. even in this market) Anna was very clear and transparent with her timeline. She wasted 0 time setting up professional photographers, showed up to every listing appointment herself and got creative with her marketing plan. We ultimately received an all cash offer with a 2 week close! Having gone through the closing process before, I can't reiterate enough how absolutely amazing Anna was. This review was a few months delayed but as we sit here now in our new place, we look back and are extremely thankful that our dear friend Anna was on our side, please do yourself the favor and hire Anna to represent you. read more

We used Anna when we made the decision to move to Chicago to be closer to our son. She identified appropriate properties before we visited Chicago. She understood our home needs and concerns. We visited the 3 homes and made an immediate purchase decision. She helped us understand the the real estate customs in the Chicago real estate market so our offer was promptly accepted by the seller. She helped us identify a lender for short term financing which was locked within and approved within hours of our application. She identified good real estate legal counsel to assist in completing the legal work necessary for closing. She identified a professional property inspector to identify any any construction issues so that they could be addressed in the purchase contract and price. Following closing she identified contractors who could assistance in remodeling and repair of the new home. We could not have done this ourselves living in another city. She also helped arrange carpet and house keeping services following closing. Anna responded quickly to any questions or concerns during the entire purchase process. Anna's staff were also helpful as well when Anna was unavailable. Anna's professionalism and ethical integrity is outstanding. As a retired corporate attorney I have worked with hundreds of professionals around the world. Anna would be at the upper 5% of any professional that I have worked with. I am pleased to make this recommendation. read more

I had worked with a real estate agent in 2019 and found the experience less than ideal. So when I started looking at the beginning of 2022, I knew I wanted to find someone excellent to help me on my home buying journey. After interviewing several agents, I felt Anna was exactly the right fit. Jumping into the process, she helped keep me informed and on track. Immediately setting me up with alerts for homes on the market and those sought after pocket listings. I let her know which ones were to my liking and she got us in to see them right away! In a tough market with significantly increasing interest rates, this timeliness was incredibly important to me. Her willingness to go the extra mile and cold call in a condo complex I loved was also wonderful. Before we even saw the first place she encouraged me to look into multiple mortgage companies so that if I fell in love I could put an offer in right away. She guided me in finding some great people and was open to ones I found on my own. This ended up saving me thousands. After viewing a handful of properties, we had candid discussions about what I wanted and what price point that might be achieved. Always encouraging me to be comfortable with the price points by talking with a mortgage lenders about the real costs involved. After a lost bid where Anna was very open about what I would need to do to win and what the property was really worth, I felt really good about my decision. It wasn't too long after that we found the property I am happily sitting in now. I let her know this was it and she helped me jump in feet first with comparable info and many conversations. We discussed the best negotiation approach and landed where I felt comfortable. In this tough market she was a great navigator. After my offer was accepted and the legal review was done (also wonderful contacts Anna provided), we had a bit of a situation with the seller. He wanted to stay longer and I felt we had already provided ample time. In the end, Anna and our lawyers were able to keep to the contract and everything turned out well. She was definitely thinking ten steps ahead during showings and the inspection, making sure to point out potential problems and testing all the appliances. Even doing so during the walk through prior to my closing. Her attention to detail was everything I had hoped for. I highly recommend Anna and her team at Compass. The all female team was a huge bonus for me and they were able to step in when there was any type of emergency. Anna was initially referred to me by a friend because I was looking for a new apartment. My experience with Anna was so positive and I would recommend her as your next real estate agent. Anna was responsive and professional to all my questions and communications (via text/email). When we walked through the units, she had keen attention to detail and added her own unique perspective of how I could work with the space to make it into my next home. Additionally, what I really enjoyed about working with Anna was that she felt like she was my advocate and asked the right questions to landlords/agents to make sure that my best interest was communicated. I would definitely work with her again for any of my future moves! read more

Annaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!! Where can I start!!! After interviewing multiple agents, I am ecstatic I hired Anna to sell my 3 bedroom condo in West Town. She made the whole process seamless! Anna came in with a very strategic and hands-on approach, and sold my condo way over asking price with multiple offers in our first week on the market! I was out of country most of the time prior to list, and she took the reigns on handling all the preparation from choosing paint, light fixtures, staging, and took the entire stress of preparation off my plate. This was additionally super cool, cos i had a bum knee at the time. She recommended, i said yes, and she got it done! She had a great marketing strategy that revved up excitement from buyers and lead to multiple offers. She is personable, highly responsive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and always ready to go the extra mile to save or make you a few extra thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone in need of a realtor! I have never worked with a realtor so professional, yet so personable. Where to begin with Anna!!! This was our first time buying a home and we needed someone who was knowledgeable, responsive and ready to go to work for us. After my first phone call with her, I know we were going to mesh well together. She is extremely fast and always on top of whatever situation comes up. Text, email, FaceTime, I'm honestly not sure how she does it, but she is there whenever you need her. Being first time buyers, we had a million questions, hesitations, and moments of uncertainty. We never felt like we were wasting her time or asking stupid questions. She made it easy for us to learn the process with her and was someone who you can genuinely tell has your best interest in mind. Do not take that for granted in a realtor!! Last but not least, she's a super fun, authentic, all around amazing person to be around. We are thrilled to provide a recommendation for Anna. As first time homebuyers, we knew next to nothing about the process, but Anna expertly and patiently guided us through every step. She was instrumental in helping us narrow our search, and she was incredibly patient with us as we shifted our focus and goals a bit partway through. As we looked at properties, she pointed out key features in homes that we otherwise might have overlooked. She is super responsive, was quick to answer our texts & emails and was always open to hopping on call with both of us, even in the middle of a busy work day. She also helped us stay on top of our communication with our lender and attorney. At no point did we doubt that we were in good hands with Anna. Smart, driven, great advocate -- gets things done! Anna was referred to us by a friend and for good reason! We knew from the start that we were in good hands to sell our 2BR/2BA townhome in Schaumburg. She was positive, energetic, diligent, and ready to move quickly. We worked together to set goals and she did a great job of achieving them. Anna was incredibly responsive, asked good questions, and clearly articulated her strategy and approach every step of the way. She helped develop a great pricing strategy. She leveraged her network to secure a painter and plumber in preparation for the listing and handled all the coordination and scheduling at the property - which was so helpful particularly since I live out of state. Within the first weekend we had over 30 showings. Anna anticipated scenarios and skillfully navigated feedback and comments from potential buyers and their agents. We ended up with multiple offers on our property and was under contract in just 12 days at 97% of our asking price! We had an aggressive timeline for our closing (11 days) and Anna helped us to manage the final steps to closing seamlessly and easily. Anna also found a number of additional listings that she set us up with that my husband and I could not find ourselves. In the end, we ended up exploring an apartment that did not work with brokers (to our sadness!). Attentive. Friendly. Honest. Informative. Driven. I was introduced to Anna by a friend who had just finished working with her. I am admittedly a very picky person (even with everyday things) so I really appreciated Anna's patience and guidance through the decision making and negotiating process.
