I LOVE the glass walls and that they use gloves when changing the children and was ready to sign my daughter up that day. All seemed to be moving well and they we're checking on space, but as soon as I mentioned I was on the Childcare Assistance Program (which they are a part of) everything came to a complete halt. They brushed me off and said oh call us back, which I did, I was determined to get my daughter in and called multiple times to only get the run around with voicemails and saying the manager wasn't available. She finally called me back as she saw I wasn't going to let up and said my daughter would be placed on the waitlist and received an email. I haven't heard anything since. Online I saw someone was on the waitlist for 2 years, and if that is the case an update would be appreciated. This seems like clear discrimination through a program that THEY decided to be part of. I'll be sharing with multiple channels.

The class room is always clean the building in general smells great and always well kept. I love that i can check in on her throughout the day via camera or just dropping in. I get updates throughout the day through the app on how she is doing. When you walk into the building Ms. Tiffani or Ms. Ayesha always great us with a smile and a hello. I work in healthcare and I know not everyday is perfect behind the scenes, but as a customer here I would never know if chaos is going on and I think that says alot. When touring other places I knew immediately this daycare was the place for my daughter. Thank you staff for all you do.

My kid got kicked out of the school yesterday after I quit about 2 and a half weeks ago. They claim it's because she's a runner and a safety to herself and other kids but they kept a kid in the school that would hit other kids bite other kids throw chairs at other kids hit the teachers and run out the classroom. They kept that kid for months even before I started with them. I don't understand why they can pick and choose who goes there and who doesn't. This school is unprofessional and unsafe for your children to go! They still have a couple of kids in the school that hit bite and run, but it's okay for my kid to get kicked out because it's easier on them... I just think if I was still working there my child would still be in that school. I'm glad she got kicked out.

My niece attends this school in the 4-year-old classroom. The incident was reported to the director, but the only action taken appears to have been filing a report and moving her to another classroom. At four years old, my niece is fully capable of communicating what happened to her, and the physical marks supported her statement. Despite this, the teacher is still employed at the school. We were also informed that the cameras are only monitored live and do not record footage, which raises serious concerns regarding accountability and student safety. As a parent or family member, this situation is extremely disturbing. I would not recommend this daycare based on how this matter was handled. I believe incidents involving allegations of physical harm toward a child should be taken far more seriously and investigated thoroughly. I intend to follow up with the appropriate state agencies to request a formal inspection and review of this facility. No child should ever feel unsafe in a learning environment, and no teacher accused of inappropriate physical conduct should remain in the classroom without a proper investigation.

She started off in toddler where her teacher Ms. Nunu worked we us to get her potty trained! All of the teacher are great and loving ! I can't say enough good things about this daycare. From the very first day, the staff made my children feel welcomed, safe, and cared for. They treat the kids like family, and it shows in how happy and excited my little ones are to go every morning. The teachers are patient, loving, and truly dedicated to helping the kids learn and grow. I've noticed so much progress in my children's social skills, confidence, and learning since they started here. The communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel reassured knowing my kids are in great hands. I'm so grateful to have found a daycare that provides not only care, but also a nurturing environment where my kids can thrive. Highly recommend!

Oh how I wish I could give this place NEGATIVE stars!…read more My daughter started attending this place when she was less than a year old (August 2022). I had a friend whose daughter was in the Kindergarten class and had nice things to say about it. My husband and I toured it and I didn't get warm fuzzies right away from the director, Connie, but we moved forward with the enrollment process because we needed child care asap. Right away we did tell the director that our daughter has multiple severe food allergies and we filled out all the appropriate paperwork and provided her benadryl and epi-pen right away. FIRST INCIDENT: Not even two months after enrollment, we picked up my daughter on a Friday and after an hour being home she started breaking out in hives everywhere. She didn't have anything to eat at home. My husband had to give her the epi-pen. Right away, I sent an email to the director and let her know what happened. Connie let us know that her normal teachers weren't in the class that day, it could have been possible that someone gave her something she wasn't supposed to have. Of course by Monday the people we talked to couldn't remember if she ate something. The learning moment from that was that a teacher would sit by her at every meal/snack. My daughter was in the older infant class and we liked her teachers in there, never had problems. It wasn't until the summer of this year problems started happening. She moved into the younger toddler class, her teachers in there were also nice and loving to the students. This summer the owner decided to sell their Castle Montessori to Cadence Education. The director, Connie, left and the admin left not long after her. The new director, Ms. Nilima, was not approachable and very cold in those first weeks, maybe up to a month. She never made eye contact when my daughter and I entered the building. How could you not acknowledge who enters the building, especially at a child care facility?! During the summer we enrolled my Kindergartener here for their summer program. WORST program ever! We paid weekly tuition that was supposed to include weekly field trips, which some were cancelled due to the weather but nothing was every rescheduled. It was a waste of money. The final straw was when my daughter had ANOTHER allergic reaction!!! They claimed that she woke up in hives, ok, the director called us multiple times (I work in an area where I can't have my phone with me), she didn't leave my husband and I voicemails. My husband called back and the person on the phone just asked if they can give my daughter benadryl and of course he said yes. He decided to go to the school and they did NOTHING. She was covered in hives, she should have been given her epi-pen based on the emergency plan we provided. Ms. Nilima wasn't around, and my daughter was in her classroom, with her teachers putting her eczema lotion on her. She should have at least been at the front office being monitored for anaphylaxis. Multiple emails were exchanged after this incident. The director's responses were just appalling, with no empathy, and thinking she knows better than what a doctor says to do in an emergency. We pulled her out immediately, there was NO WAY we could trust this place every again. We had a meeting with the director a few days after the incident, she finally apologized and took full responsibility. She mentioned her staff will go through more training, but the damage was done. We demanded our full deposit back and never looked back. What really got me fired up was when I asked the director if they were going to self report themself to the state regarding this incident. Her response was no because an ambulance or ER visit didn't occur....WTF?!?!? Herself and the staff was clearly not capable of handling the situation.....or reading an emergency plan and FOLLOWING it. Honestly, I hope every parent reads this and stays far, far, away! This incident happened end of August this year and still makes my blood boil.

They basically said they aren't equipped to deal with kids like him. Why are they still accepting kids with low staff? Beats me. I've witnessed teachers yell at kids, leave kids unattended for several minutes at a time. Im not sure if watching cartoons on an iPad is apart of the curriculum but I've seen kids watching iPads on 2 different occasions. The teachers seem overwhelmed and stressed all the time. The facility is located in a nice place and that's convenient for us to get to. I have not seen the facility in a disarray or dirty. It is massive. It is nice and it seems like it is new, but has been around along time. This means they take care of it. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and even on my worst day, they have way to put a smile on my face. Especially them offering a mini coffee bar on Fridays. Although, it would be nice on a Monday to help kick off the week LOL, but I'm not complaining. I'm so grateful for everything that this facility has done for my family and even my children that don't attend the facility are happy to come pick up their sibling. My son feels safe and he's always happy to go to school. Even on Saturdays he's asking "Is today a school day?". He knows all of his teachers names and their favorite colors. This may be something small, but to me it's saying that they're actually personable with him and sharing a piece of their world with the ones that they care for or come in contact with. It doesn't feel like a daycare facility or a preschool. It actually feels like you're leaving your child with family members. The ones that everyone dreams of. The ones that love and care for your kid like their own. Truly, something special and you can't put a price on quality like that. Which leads me to my next point ... price is very important, especially in the society that we live in ... very important. Sometimes you're paying for the name of the company versus quality that they offer. I won't go into too much detail about the prices, but I do know that they offer military discount and that speaks volumes for me being a disabled veteran and needing help often. It seems fair and reasonable. Sometimes I don't get a chance to make breakfast before dropping off my kiddo... and they offer to give him breakfast. I believe it's a dollar a day and you can add the breakfast plan or your account. Having that option is wonderful. Aside from breakfast, snacks and lunch are included in the base price. With all that being said, I am thankful that we found this place and decided to go with this location versus any others. Forever grateful for HLC. The teachers and staff are incredibly loving, caring, and attentive, and they have truly made her feel special and cared for. She originally attended Stonebridge for daycare, and when it came time for Pre-K, we knew we wanted to keep her there. After receiving an education scholarship from TEFA, choosing Stonebridge for her Pre-K year was an easy decision. We actually live about 30 minutes away, but the drive is completely worth it because of the care, attention, and love Alexandria receives every day. As a grandparent, having a place where you genuinely feel that your grandchild is safe, happy, and loved means everything.
