Nikki is so hardworking. I really appreciate all her efforts in trying to find my ideal lip shape. Although the lip blushing procedure was painful (especially at my cupid's bow), she consistently made sure I was ok & added more numbing cream when needed. If you're like me & are really concerned about finding the perfect shape & tint, just set up your consultation & see what I mean! She takes her time sculpting your lips & will let you trace your ideal shape if it's too hard to explain what you're looking for. In early September, 2018 I had permanent make up service for my eyebrows. It was my third experience in my life. I already had same service twice in a different places, and was absolutely satisfied for 100%. I had it first time six year ago, and my eyebrows permanent make up last for two years, than next time I did three years ago, which it last for two years also. I know how it works, and what results to expect. Unfortunately at this, third time, the results didn't show up at all, all I have for now it is pinkish tone on my skin, when eyebrows ends. Everybody keeps asking me why do I have pinkish tone there. Well, there is nothing to say, probably the good answer would be: "it is what I paid for 300$". I was so disappointed that color I was expecting didn't come right. There is many things that Anna can comment, no doubts. It is hard to argue with people who do not want to admit anything except that they are right. I tried to explain so many times that I'm not satisfied and results are not that I was expecting at all. But what I heard it was only that I do have results, and this is what I have to have as an eyebrow permanent make up. I had to come second time for second appointment, but it didn't make any sense for me, I already saw that color what I really wanted to get from this service simply pilled off, it never happened to me before. And the way how it worked fr the beginning already didn't satisfy me at all. I have 100% rights to express my feelings, opinion and share my experience which I had. I had pilling off skin for several days, my eyebrows looked like a zebra, I know it is a part of the process, but when that process doesn't bring you results it makes you upset. I had such a great experience with Anna. This was my first permanent makeup appointment, and I was a bit scared. She answered all my questions very knowledgeably prior to the procedure, which immediately made me less anxious, and made some recommendations of her own that I really appreciated. Anna is AMAZING! I've had lip blush, powder brows and combination brows done by her and I had amazing results every time! I've had the lip blush for almost 2 years now and they still look so amazing! The lip blush is slightly painful at certain points but Anna is so compassionate and really cares about comfort that she has no problem putting more numbing on. Had a wonderful permanent makeup experience with Anna. She did amazing job to my lips color. At first, I was scared of a too much pain from the needle. Anya convinced me that the pain would be 3 out of 10. She used a numbing cream that reduced the pain to a minimum. After the first procedure my lips were slightly swollen, but it all went away within two hours. Anna gave me some clear instructions for lip care after the procedure as well as some cute bag with pure coconut . Color of the lips appeared after a few days. The color is very bright and natural. Wow, I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Anna's work. She is incredibly talented. I got a lip blush tattoo and it looks better than I ever could have imagined. She is very professional and made me comfortable the entire time. She would reapply numbing gel frequently so that it wouldn't hurt at all. It just felt like light scraping on my lip and didn't really bother me. She created the most perfect color for me, I've never been more happy with a lip color! I considered leaving this review a few years ago, but was hesitant because she still worked at the hair salon I went to and was very nice. Her pictures of my eyeliner are first thing on her website and are an absolute lie. That is RIGHT after and they look nothing like that. I also was told they won't turn blue and within a month what little ink was left was blue. The "painless" aspect is a total lie. I have a lot of tattoos including on my ribs and collarbone and this was THE most painful thing I've paid to experience. I could never do it again it was so uncomfortable. I made an appointment for a consultation (which was free) and she immediately gained my trust and my business. Anna is very good at what she does. She is booked out at least a month if not more. This is my third experience with permanent makeup for brows. So when We started work with Anna she had to cover lots of mistakes from my previous experiences. I came to Anna's consultation to ask her what she could suggest, because I have oily skin and my permanent makeup doesn't last long. I told her that last time I had my eyebrows done 9 month ago and it took us 3 session, because even after second session everything washed away. She looked at my brows, and explained me what form and color she could suggest to make the look beautiful. She explained me what possibly could make my make disappear so fast and told me she may try a different technique, to make it stay strong. When I came to my appointment after we drew brows, she showed me what colors will be good for my skin and match with my hair. Also she had to deal with my non symmetrical face. After first session I came back home I there were a couple things I wanted to work on more. The color looked to dark for me, I wanted something warmer. But this was only for a several days, after 5 days color changed to a more natural. And I was the most happy about the fact my brows didn't disappear 90% like it was before. The color looked bright. After 3 weeks I came to my second appointment and showed Anna what would I like to work on more. And she added some warmer colors and made my brows very symmetrical. I was so happy after we finished, I loved the result. After both times She was following up with me on a phone, and was able to answer all my questions, and gave me suggestions how to take care and don't let color fade to fast. I wish I had done this sooner! I asked for microblading of my eyebrows and a light eyelash line for my eyes--very natural was super important to me! I got eyeliner and eye brows done in one session over 3.5 hour and within a day it was looking marvelous. I have never had a tattoo (I know its not the same but still) and this was not at all uncomfortable. A week later, it was all set and looking amazing.
