He was extremely quick to respond anytime we reached out with questions, and is very knowledgeable about everything! He helped us get the house we wanted and also walked us through the entire process on fixing up and selling our house. We ended up getting 14 offers on our house, it sold for 20% above asking, and closed 2 weeks after we sold it! I will recommend Dan to anyone in St. Louis looking to buy or sell a house. Not only that, but he's just a really nice person and a pleasure to work with. When it's time to move again, we already know who we're calling :).

When I made the decision to move back to STL from suburban life in IL, I knew I wanted to use Garcia Properties as my agent. I support several of their restaurants along Kingshighway and like how they truly believe in the city. The day I stopped in to start the process, I met with a young lady (forget her name) and she asked a variety of questions. She then matched me up with, Stefan Kelly. When we met, I told Stefan I wasn't under any time frame. My goal was to really find the perfect match. We worked as a team, I searched Zillow and followed other listings as well. I started out wanting a bungalow or some type of small house. Then I started looking at condos, as a possibility. Once I did that, I knew I was on the right track. Once I found the one that meet all my needs, Stefan and the Garcia team made it a reality. So, if you're looking for your first, or a new dream home, I highly recommend Garcia Properties.

Dan Brassil is seriously the ONLY real estate agent you want to work with in the St. Louis Area…read more Simply put - he is amazing! My son was moving to St Louis with short notice from his employer and need a home fast - in fact he had to find a house over one weekend. After traveling to St. Louis for our weekend home search, our previous realtor, at the last minute, was suddenly unavailable. We were panicked to say the least. So, we gave Dan a call late on that Friday night and he hopped into action early Saturday morning. He was a godsend! In our initial meeting on a Saturday afternoon he came prepared with a stack of 16 listings - yes 16 that were all within our price range and needs - and we saw them all! I was amazed at his doggedness and efficiency! At each house we saw, Dan was quick to point out any potential problems with the property. He has a deep knowledge of issues that might come up with, construction, foundation, heating, plumbing flooding and retaining walls. We would have not of noticed the issues on our own. Dan was a good adviser regarding best neighborhoods and market situation. He was very careful in making sure that the offer we presented was fair to us and that we were not overpaying. The neighborhood we were looking in was very competitive and if not for his solid advice and negotiating skills my son would not be in his house today. Dan was super attentive, almost as if we were his only client, although we know that certainly was NOT the case. He returned calls and emails very quickly, sometimes with in minutes. There was nothing that escaped his attention. Dan is highly personable with an engaging personality. We are pleased to recommend Dan Brassil to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is hands down the best in the business. If my son is to ever move again Dan will be the first person we call.

However, I did not want to pull from my investments or retirement funds. I just wanted a short term loan, to make the purchase and then pay off when my house sold. I also did not want any penalties for early pay off. Sue King came up with an easy plan and everything went as smooth as silk. She even got me a reasonable interest rate for the equity loan. I bought the condo, sold my house and paid off the loan within two months. It was kind of robbing Peter to pay Paul, but it worked. If Sue and the Garcia Mortgage Team can do this for me, I can only imagine what they could do for a real "mortgage". They went well and beyond in customer service, to meet their clients needs.

It all started when Karen helped my parents sell their house in less than a day…read more.. I reached out to her to see if she'd be willing to come take a look at our house and help us determine what repairs and upgrades we'd need to do to maximize our sale price while minimizing time on the market. She was happy to help and her advice was spot on. We procrastinated and took our time getting our various projects done (that's how we roll), but Karen didn't pressure us, just checked in every few months to see how we were doing, even offering to come back out for another look whenever we were ready. Did I mention our house was in High Ridge? Anyway, about a year after the first visit, we asked her to come back out. Karen helped us make a few more decisions, and we finally landed on a "we'd like to be on the market by this date" date. Once we made it official, Karen listed our house--the pictures were fantastic--and we accepted an offer just about a week after going live. Karen helped us through the negotiation and inspection process too, recommending some really great (and affordable!) companies to do the work. Meanwhile, as our buyer's agent, Karen was ever-so patient with us as we looked at a bunch of houses, then suddenly revised our budget and looked at some more, then suddenly switched target areas and looked at even more. The absolute best thing was how great she is at identifying potential issues. It was kind of like bringing a home inspector along to every showing! We found "the one", made an offer, haggled a bit and yada yada yada, here we are, a year later, in our perfect house in the perfect area. We just couldn't have done it without Karen's help and expertise. AH-MAZING.
