I'm adding this review for another experience. My two kids have been coming here since birth on the recommendation of a friend. At this point, I think we've seen all of the doctors and had excellent medical care. My concerns are listened to with kindness, empathy, and understanding. Everything is explained in a respectful way. We've been there for colds, viruses, alllllll the Covid tests during the pandemic, broken bones, pneumonia, mental health concerns, and more complicated problems. There is an in-house xray machine, radiologist, bloodwood, vaccine clinic, and probably more. The front desk staff have been friendly. The lobby and medical rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is easy access and we love grabbing lunch or coffee after a doctor's appointment.

Getting a bit frustrated to the point we may switch doctors. Also want to add they recently updated their online portal, but didn't actually notify anyone this was happening. Pretty atrocious service for a doctor's office.

From treating…read moresinus infections to systemic chronic issues to receiving iron infusions when anemic, I am so grateful for the care, empathy, and kindness I've received at NMOS. Appointments are long enough to have a conversation and for your provider to "see the whole picture" - and actually get to know you. I've always been treated as a "whole person" instead of just as a number or as a disease. I appreciate that my provider always provides options and involves me in decisions and encourages autonomy. I see Kara Menzer N.D. (who is wonderful and HAES aligned) related to women's health and Ian McLogan N.D. (Also gender affirming and HAES aligned) for everything else - and I am so so so immensely grateful for him. Dr. McLogan is absolutely everything I've ever and could ever want in a PCP. He's brilliant, compassionate, honest, down to earth, and a truly wonderful human being.

He helps to break things down so they make sense and provides a comprehensive picture so I can create a path forward for my health. Whenever I see him, I feel more empowered and not so much like a victim and patient when I'm in my western medicine world. He can cut through endless supplements I've tried and suggest things that could be a good fit for me because he understands the system so well and can work with it He truly is an amazing resource and a great person to talk to.

I was seeing Dr. Cabodi for a number of years prior to moving to Tennessee. Aside from my family…read moreand friends, she was about the only thing I missed about Seattle. I am currently back in town for several months, and she has graciously taken me back as a patient. She is the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive Dr. I have ever met, often responding to emails long after-hours. Most importantly, Dr. Cabodi listens to her patients and always suggests the simplest, least invasive, and most natural treatment she can first, rather than immediately pulling out the prescription pad. Her support staff is equally excellent. Dr. Cabodi is the absolute best, and I can't recommend her enough.

I was 9 minutes late to an X-ray they told me I MUST have before the appointment (same building). When I took the Elevator upstairs they refused to see me because I was 9 minutes late. It took me 5 weeks to get this appointment. They were telling me it was going to be at least another two (mid March) and to come back. The doctor I was scheduled to see even came out of her office (eating) to tell me she couldn't see me because she was seeing other patients. Oh really? It was still my appointment time when she told me this. Liar! I left asking for a supervisors number. I am no longer interested in the Podiatrists at Polyclinic... please do your research!
