The whole process took about 20 minutes, I thought they were going to mail the IDP to me, but I walked out with it. It's nothing fancy, just a booklet (yeah paper) with some information, stamps and your photo glued to it. While the agent was very nice in helping, didn't like how they tried to upsell me in getting a membership there. I mean, I get it, it's part of their job and they have to do it, but I just came for IDP, don't need the pre-sale information. In all, $20 for IDP, $12 for the photo - with taxes, etc. $32.72. Plenty of parking, inside looked nice.
