Run the other direction completely so you don't have to deal with this. Freak of nature's happen and it doesn't mean you can get a brand new dumpster out of it. You ask for an invoice and you get one but has a bunch of stuff typed on it just trying to get you to click on it so you are showing you will be responsible for a fire that happened from nature.
