I have not yet used her services, but I brought an out-of-town friend who was in pain. She was highly impressed with the care she received.

How Acupuncture with Dr. Lee Changed My Life…read more When I first came to Dr. Lee, I was dealing with constant pain and neuropathy from the knees down. I had a pinched spinal column that the usual cortisone shots were not an option, and my ankle was in bad shape--filled with arthritis. I visited my foot surgeon quarterly, sometimes more often, for cortisone injections just to limp through the pain. I even had a knee scooter for the worst flare-ups. Out of options and exhausted, I decided to try acupuncture. Dr. Lee's office was close to my home, so I booked an appointment. I had no idea what to expect, but that first session changed everything. Dr. Lee had me lie on my stomach while he used heat lamps and applied needles with incredible precision. Let me clear something up: the needles are so fine and Dr. Lee's technique so skilled that 99% of the time, I feel absolutely nothing. The 1% of the time I do? It's no worse than getting a shot at the doctor's office. So don't let fear stop you--seriously. After placing the needles, I was left to rest for 30 to 45 minutes. And that rest? It was incredible. I entered a meditative, deeply relaxed state that I hadn't felt in years. Even if it hadn't helped the pain (though it did), I would've kept coming back just for that sense of calm. I felt better after one session--not cured, but better. So I started going regularly--every other week--for what I now consider essential self-care. Then one day, about a year in, I realized something shocking: I hadn't needed a cortisone shot in months. Not only that, but my ankle pain had disappeared. After six years of suffering, I was back at the gym doing Zumba and exercises I'd long given up on. For me, it's nothing short of a miracle. If you're dealing with chronic pain, give acupuncture a real shot. Commit to a year. This isn't a quick fix, but it works. Dr. Lee isn't just a skilled acupuncturist--he's also a warm, compassionate human being. You're not just getting treatment, you're being cared for by someone who truly wants to help. Let Dr. Lee work his magic on you. You might be surprised by how much better life can feel.

Lok Acupuncture Clinic - Acupuncture for neck injury

When I tell you Dr. Lok senior has changed my life with acupuncture, I do not say this lightly…read more I'm 52, had a neck injury in my teens, I've lived in excruciating pain all these years until an ablation surgery that did not go perfectly well. I was left with slightly more pain on the right side of my neck. Dr. Lok has been treating me twice a week for about a month, and I'm not only able to use a pillow for the first time in 30+ years, but he's actually healing my neck which I never thought possible. He is a brilliant doctor, I'm not sure why in America we don't promote the use and effects of non western medical practices, but I am here to tell you it works. Thank you to Dr. Lok and his amazing staff. There's not enough space here to write how positively he has affected my health.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful front desk-- waste of time…read more I had a terrible experience here. I submitted my insurance information a week in advance, and was told someone would be in touch. No one followed up. I showed up to my scheduled appointment and ended up waiting 45 minutes with no communication about what was going on. When I finally said I couldn't wait any longer, the front desk staff told me (very rudely) that they were still verifying my insurance. This was the first I'd heard of it. I had already been told the doctor would see me and that if there were any issues, I'd be informed later about potential charges. When I calmly said she could've been a little kinder about it, she snapped, "I'm done with you," and shoved a refund at me. Completely unprofessional behavior from someone in a healthcare setting. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, basic communication, and transparency. Beware.

I came to her originally desperate for help with my migraines after several doctors could do nothing. She has given me more relief than any pain medication! I have continued to see her for hip and back issues. She can also suggest herbs that have helped my recovery. After shoulder surgery, accupuncture decreased my need for pain medication. Her office is a calming environment and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I highly recommend her services! I have used several acupuncturist over the years and she is by far the best of them all! I am so happy to have found her! Give her a try!
