They are so difficult to groom and very anxious. As much as we try to keep them brushed they get matted. But she always manages to make them look good! And smell great without overwhelming them in perfume!

They had her all day, I picked her up at 4:30, she looked and smelled great! I did ask for pink ribbons in her hair, and she had a blue ribbon on her collar, although when I mentioned it, they did offer to change the ribbon, but she was just to excited seeing me, I didn't want to keep her any longer. I wish you would get a little time with the person working on your dog, I think getting to know the animal a little before working on them would be beneficial for everyone. It's like dropping your kid off on the first day of school. All in all, I am happy with the work they did, I just have no idea if they had any issues, or how she did, because there was no one that seemed interested in answering my questions, they just said :she did fine" while not stopping doing what they were doing to make you feel like they cared.

This last time I explained that it took several months for his fur to grow back, so please do not cut him short. I requested to clean around his eyes, paw pads and a very light trim. I specifically said that I did not want a short choppy cut like the last time. When I picked him up is cut was short and choppy again. If this was the first time I would understand, but this has been my experience every appointments. It seems they don't listen or don't care. I would not recommend this place to anyone. A very expensive cut, but poor results! They even have the nerve to want a tip. I knew something was wrong when I dropped him off at 10:00am and they didn't call for pickup until after 4:00pm, he was the very last dog. They waited until closing because they knew I would not be happy. Again, I would not recommend this groomer!

I asked for a Lion Cut w/Boots and ((Wa-La)) Lil Bits was transformed into "BOOTS" (her Rock N Roll name lol). She was calm and happy an hr later when we picked her up & her cut was "Maaavelous". Amy said she was very well behaved . Her cut is cleanly done & evenly trimmed, not 1 razor burn or problem. I was very pleased with my first experience here- will definitely recommend AMY for grooming . Thanks for doing such an awesome job on this lil sweetie! ------ UPDATE!! Last summer 2019, a different groomer had taken over and she did a terrible job on Lil Bits. After explaining a lion cut to her(really?), her cut was uneven and she didn't trim feet at all but left a bushy mess on her paws. A very uneven mane too. Bad cut! Amy H. Was awesome- but this last lady left my darling looking absolutely terrible. I would NOT Recommend this place for grooming!! (Psst Amy if u see this contact me on fbook!)

Their Puppy Prep program has been so great for him and myself as a dog-owner newbie. The Puppy Prep program is seriously too good of an offer to pass up! Your pup can attend every day, Tuesday through Friday, between 7am-6pm until they're 20 weeks old. The trainers work with your puppy to help them learn potty training, kennel training, leash training, basic commands, and obedience! AND!! This program includes bi-weekly Wednesday night group training sessions!!! Seriously - this program couldn't be any better! The trainers and owners are SO nice and SO GREAT with the dogs. They go above and beyond. Ember's trainer hadn't worked with a Catahoula Leopard dog before so she *researched* the breed so she could better understand his needs and then she tailored his training to his needs and learning style!! How amazing is that?! Check. Them. Out!!! PS - does anyone know how I can keep my dog from aging because I never want him to age out of this program!!!
