I'll never forget the kind card with all the sweet notes from staff that they sent us after having to put my first dachshund to sleep. The care and compassion during that procedure was equally as kind (it actually took place at Advanced Animal but the Waco team was connected the entire time she underwent surgery and then again when the cancer came back and again when we said goodbye to her). The support staff are knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and understanding. I cannot recommend Waco enough. We have another veterinarians office within walking distance of our house, but we insist on staying with Waco because of all the reasons above.
