Used to be nice a few years ago and had a great staff that were competent. she fired them all to get a whole new staff of cheaply paid young girls that don't know their rear from their elbow. Terrible cleaning, overpriced work and they have consistently ignored my complaint about something for a year now. New staff is incompetent and their services are overpriced. Go outside of Boulder if you want a decent dentist. Honestly, I'd recommend Perfect Teeth over these guys. read more

I had been seeing Dr. Ania for over 5 years before I had had enough and realized I needed to switch dentists. Of course, I wanted to be able to trust that my healthcare provider was truly looking out for my best interests. However, my gut told me that she was causing more problems in my mouth than solving them and a second opinion by another dentist validated this instinct. Without going in to too much detail, she did such a poor job on two crowns that one broke within months of her putting it on. She then told me I needed an implant because she couldn't fix the crown. On another crown, she didn't properly seal the crown to the tooth, so now it needs root canal. I would steer clear of this place. When I was in for my last routine cleaning, they mixed up my x-rays with another patient who was in at the same time, and it was the most unnerving experience to have to sit there while the dentist looked at the x-rays and then my teeth, unable to figure out why she couldn't find what she saw on the x-rays in my mouth! I couldn't get out of there fast enough. On a patient care level, I have been trying to get a hold of their office via phone for two weeks so I can get my records. I have left numerous messages and not yet gotten a return phone call. Yikes!! read more

Dr. Ania is a great dentist! Her office is very modern and comfortable and far above all the amenities - her staff is fantastic. Our family has been seeing Dr. Ania since we moved to Boulder 8 years ago. I highly recommend Dr. Ania. read more

Everyone at this Dentist office seems to care about you and how you are feeling. Its more like a dental day spa with water, cookies, chap stick, pillows and blankets to keep you warm, and the television displaying calming nature scenes. I've had dentists poke and prod at all the sensitive places then the hygienist has to come in and get in on the fun...not this place. They know where the sensitive places are most of the time and are very gentle to work around them. They switched out the normally cold water for warm water for the rinses. They all really catered to my sensitive teeth issues and Dr. Ania is working to problem solve why my bottom teeth do not get numb with anesthesia. Highly recommended! read more

I have been going to Dr. Ania for many years. She is always gentle compasionate and friendly. I went through a number of dentists that were pitching the idea of "getting the most for me from my insurance". It was fantastic to find Dr Ania. Dr Ania has never pushed me to have a bunch of work done. She always recommends things I need to prepare for. Her staff are all very friendly and her hygenist is extremely gentle. I always hated going to the dentist but look forward to my visits now. My wife is extremely afraid of dentists. Dr Ania was incredibly patient with her. My wife has cracked a tooth but refused to get it taken care of. I finally got her to just have Dr. Ania take a look at it. It is rare that you find the kind of patience that was shown my wife. read more

Best dentist I've ever had. Detail-oriented, warm, friendly, efficient. All of her staff are great too. I had to get a crown but it was actually a great experience and she put in a lot of extra time and effort to make sure it fit perfectly alongside my other weird teeth. read more

Ania and her staff are really nice people but really terrible at what they do. I had several crowns done by Ania ALL of which crumbled out of my mouth. Some lasted months and some lasted literally 2 weeks. As my crowns kept falling out she would offer to redo them for a DISCOUNTED price, these replacements also fell out. After months of pain and hours in her office I went to another dentist for a second opinion. He told me that my crowns were done incorrectly and that she should have replaced her shotty work for free and also said that she should give me a full refund. He even got on the phone with her to negotiate! Getting a refund, even with the help of my dentist took MONTHS. Her office lied to me about what my current dentist told them (I was in the room when they spoke) and said that he refused to send them X-rays (more lies). They ignored my emails and calls and only began to respond when I told them I would be forced to get a lawyer if they wouldn't work with me to resolve the problem. Negotiating with Ania's office was like dealing with a used car salesman only worse. Months later when they agreed to give me a full refund, they sent a check that was substantially less than we had agreed upon and negotiations had to continue. The moral of this story is stay far, far away from this dentist! Not only is she incompetent but she is dishonest. There are a lot of good dentists in Boulder - go to one of them instead! read more

Dr. Ania is amazing. I had cracked a tooth and she was able to get me in right away to fix it. I was really impressed with her and her staff. They made me feel comfortable and very well taken care of!! read more

I've been fortunate to have Ania and her team in my dental world for over three years. Believe me--I've had tons of dental work over the years, and Ania has been a godsend. Not only is she an incredible dentist, problem solver, manager and community member, but her presence as a parent and dear partner to her husband is outstanding, authentic and so valued! read more

Dr. Ania is an excellent dentist. She is warm, conscientious, efficient and caring. I have been seeing her for over 13 years and have had a a lot of work from her over the years. She gives me plenty of time to decide on doing a procedure and is never pushy. I feel she honors my budget and does not try to get me to do unnecessary work. Her staff is warm, kind and efficient. I have liked all the hygienists, assistants and the front desk people have also been great. I trust Dr Ania implicitly and recommend her highly. read more

Dr Ania and her staff are extremely knowledgable & well informed in their industry. Every experience with Dr Ania has proven very informative and I greatly appreciate her attention to detail,. Our children are always so welcomed & comfortable in those environs. One of our daughters is in the process of getting braces & Dr Ania has made it something she is truly looking forward to and she is fearless. This is significant because initial "braces talk" with our daughter were filled with nothing but fear and trepidation! Thank you Ania! Here's to many happy smiles & shiny teeth for years to come! Can you help w/ the homework next!? read more

My entire family has been going to Dr. Ania for years with amazing results. She is the only dentist my children - ages 10 & 13 - have ever known. (The kids scratch their heads when they hear there are people in the world who are "fearful" about going to dentists; they just don't get it as they LOVE to go.) As the mom, I appreciate that Dr. Ania stays very current in her field, always learning new and innovative approaches. It also helps that the office has a personable staff and an attractive ambiance. Looking for a new dentist? Definitely try Dr. Ania! read more

Today I saw Dr Ania, wow! My visit was outstanding, I had a loose filling and feared the worst! I had an X-ray taken by her confident assistant, she numbed, I did not feel a thing! Dr Ania placed the filling! 5 hrs later, I am no longer numb and my tooth feels amazing! The office does not smell or feel like a dental office! Great place, more spa like :) Thank you Dr Ania read more

This dentist recommended a great deal of work on my teeth. I should have gotten a second opinion, but instead went ahead. I had a great deal of pain after the work. For months I went back to her office. She had dental assistants deal with me even though the pain was so bad i was crying. She also told me the pain was from my night guard, even though I had worn it for years without any problem. Eventually i went to another dentist who said I had a dying tooth and needed a root canal. How can a dentist miss that? read more

I live all the way down in south Denver but I still insist on driving to Boulder for my dentist because she is the GREATEST! Top of the line care and so nice! Every single person there is super friendly and accommodating and the work they do is top notch! I highly recommend them!!! read more

Dr. Ania was easily the most enjoyable dental experience I have ever had. The first step was to sit down and discuss my life and the things that bring me happiness - definitely a different kind of dental practice! They wanted to get to know me first and I really appreciated this initial step. There was no wait both times I visited, for a checkup/cleaning and a whitening appointment. Every person I interacted with carried themselves with a high level of professionalism, yet they were approachable and easygoing. The hygienist Paige was extremely friendly and positive, with a gentle touch even for removal of some deep plaque I had. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed, offered me a blanket, and gave me a paraffin wax hand treatment! Dr. Ania was very kind and explained my treatment recommendation thoroughly. They were great about fitting me into the schedule to accomodate me on a tight schedule and I appreciated the reminder phone calls. I would highly recommend Dr. Ania for cosmetic and general dentistry services! read more

I recently moved out of town and have tried two dentists in my new area. While I always thought my care at Dr. Ania's was superb, I now appreciate how wonderful the office and her practice is. Each time I went, in addition to seeing a hygienist, Dr. Ania would thoroughly check my mouth. I have dental anxiety issues, and she never made me feel bad about that, and helped me through them in myriad ways. In addition, I have other medical issues that interface with my dental problems, and Dr. Ania worked carefully with my team of medical doctors to make sure I was taking the correct medications, scheduling my visits so as not to overlap with other surgeries, and being cognizant of the latest advances and theories in dentistry and beyond. She takes a personal interest in my family and me, always gives me several options when I need work done, and carefully explains the cost. While Dr. Ania is a general dentist who can perform a variety of procedures, she also knows her limits and does not hesitate to send me to a specialist, if necessary. She is looking out for my overall health, not to make a buck. Because of this, I have decided that I will return to Boulder once or twice a year just to see Dr. Ania. Quality and personalized health care is just too difficult to find these days, and when someone is as good as she, it's worth the effort. read more

I couldn't ask for a better dentist. I'm a total whimp at the dentist because I ended up in the hospital because of one years ago. Dr. Ania is gentle, knowledgable and friendly. I can't imagine going anywhere else. read more

Dr. Ania has been a life changer for the better. I had a really bad molar in the upper back. I'd had two other caps put in by another dentist, but they both broke and the pain and well, inconvenience, was annoying. I started going to Dr. Ania about 14 years ago, and she literally rebuilt the tooth and it's been rock solid ever since. She has also slowly worked on replacing all my old, childhood fillings, and I had a lot of them. The new fillings are white and now it looks like I've never had a filling. That, plus removing all the metal from my mouth certainly helps. I like my smile now, and that makes a difference. Oh, and Dr. Ania has referred me twice to oral surgeons for root canals over the years. I don't think she misses much! read more

Everyone is nice enough, and for teeth cleanings they are very gentle. However, I recently had a crown which turned into a root canal. I can't blame them for that, because I know it happens, and happened another time with another dentist. My complaint is that it's the hygenist and assistants that do most of the work. After my crown was in place I continued to have pain, and every week I had to go back for them to adjust my bite. During that time, I never saw Dr. Mohelicki, just the assistants, and they weren't getting the bite right, but also no one seem to realize that the root was obviously dying or tried to test for that. After going back once per week for a full month, they finally referred me to a root canal specialist. After that everything was fine, but if they were open more than just 3 days per week, or if Dr. Mohelicki ever took time to see me I'm sure it could have all been resolved within a week rather than having to be in discomfort for a month. For the money, you can find a better dentist read more
