I'd say there is plenty of room for all three. The owner served me the pulled pork sandwich, which she said they smoke themselves and make fresh every day. For $6, it was a good portion (with a side of mac salad) and indeed, it was super tender and really tasty pork, complemented by a soft, fresh, white roll. They are running on a generator currently, which I found odd, until I read on GoErie that the city is no longer letting food trucks pay fees to access city electric--which is complete bullshit if you ask me (but that's an argument for another place and day). It's a safe menu, sure, but Ernies makes every meal fresh and made-to-order.
