Even if she had some sort of emergency I feel someone should have been able to be the back up since this was a very special occasion. I had no back up and had to wind up doing her hair myself. It was very disappointing and stressful to be cancelled on last minute for a special occasion hairstyle. We also had a consultation weeks prior where we specifically went over what the hair style was going to be and when they called me they had no idea what we were even coming in for. They didn't even seem to feel sorry about the cancellation. Or at least not enough to make it up to me somehow. I was not offered a free haircut or style for future which honestly should have been the least they could have done. All I got was a sorry I can't help you. Now I have to find a new hair place because I am not going there after this incident.

While my hair was being colored, I was very uncomfortable because the two stylists were speaking about me in their native tongue.
