Words can't really do the vistas justice. $15 for the parking/entrance fee (no fee if you walk or bike in). A little hillier than I anticipated but sneakers work just fine - we wore hiking boots and felt a bit silly. There are also plenty of benches scattered around for whenever you want to catch your breath or just soak in the moment. Watch out for that one massive pothole near the entrance to the park/by the check-in gate.

It costs $10/car. The staff at the hut where you pay for parking was super helpful in letting us know what route would best suit our time constraints. We were even given a map! The trails were pretty clear, some maybe weren't as clearly defined as they could've been. Note for hikers: this does feel like more a stroll in the park as opposed to a true hike. Some hidden paths did feel like one, however, so don't be afraid to venture off what seems to be the most defined routes. We loved the views of the Boston skyline, harbour, and Hull, MA. This place is definitely worth a visit. I'm looking forward to coming back in autumn to see some good foliage!

I *love* this park…read more It's a small (1 mile loop) and well-maintained park on a peninsula with great views of the south shore and Boston. The trails are well-groomed, and you also have access to rocky beaches and grassy side trails. I visit frequently, particularly on hot summer days because of the sea breeze which makes getting fresh air and a bit of exercise all the more pleasant. The park is accessible and welcoming. I see visitors of all ages, from families with very young children to octogenarians; there are joggers and bikers, and lots of people with their dogs. Parking is limited and on beautiful summer weekend days, you'll be lucky to find a spot. It's a beautiful space.

Great fishing spot - once the flounder capital of the world. Make sure to read the placards placed all around the park to learn some history of the "island" (now completely land connected) to Quincy. There always seems to be a strong breeze here, bring a kite. The funny thing about this place is that it shares land with the MWRA which operates a large sewage plant here, don't worry you can't smell anything but fresh air. What's priceless is with a multimillion dollar plant on site you have to use one of the portable johns if mother nature calls, so "Boston".

Plenty of geese and ducks that leave their natural presents all over the beach haha but that's nature. It's def a chill spot, i normally only ever went there as a meeting point when we are riding our motorbikes and meeting up with other friends. There are porta-potty bathrooms available between the beach and the kids park. Looks to be area for food vendors but don't know if it's going to open for the summer or not haha.
