Lily who was my point person was beyond accommodating. Whenever I called about any of my questions be it; WiFi, increasing my group or changing from two hours to three she was delightful. It's a cash bar with a huge wireless speaker, plenty of seats, two levels, in side and outside seating, two bathrooms and you can bring your own food. We will be back it was a night full of memories.

The rental price is hourly with a 2 hour minimum and includes the captain and one crew member. She is cleaned and sanitized after each charter trip and staff wear masks and maintain safety precautions throughout the trip. Plenty of room for setting up food, we had half catered and half our own. Restaurants at the dock happy to accommodate. Lots of space on this yacht to sit, wander and enjoy the ocean views. Bring your own download music from spotify or apple they have a music system. Captain Kevin and crew were very accomodating. Captain is highly experienced with Boston Harbor and crew helped set up the food and was all around a help and pleasant. Very understanding to the different needs of clients from parties to business meets. The sail was smooth and wouldn't know you were on a yacht no rolling or rocking, just beautiful views everywhere. We couldn't ask for a better trip. I booked through an on line site which eventually was routed to Sunset Yacht Rentals, they have a website. The rental was easy with documents signed through edoc ,deposit with credit cards, easy smooth transaction. The yacht has a mini hot tub, 4 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor seating venues on the yacht, full bathrooms. A cart at the dock made it easy to load the food and beverages. There is parking on Victory Rd. up to 2 hours, we were out for 3 and had several vehicles. None of us had a problem. Also a parking garage about a 10 minute walk. I rented the Trilogy for sea burial of ashes for my father. Will come back next year and rent for a party with family and friends once co-vid is more manageable.

I will also say that he knows how and where to catch fish. While all other boats around us were using one type of bait fish, we used mackerel that we had caught earlier in the day. We caught 4 good size stripers...I noticed no other boats around us catching any. Sam knows exactly what he is doing and made sure we had a lot of fun too. Only charter in town as far as I am concerned!

I have been out with Sam five or six times in the past two years and am never disappointed. There are too many great stories to tell but for starters the boat is clean and very comfortable and seaworthy (You never know what you are going to get and I think this is an important point). Sam is very laidback and informative too whether it's your first time out on the water or you are a seasoned veteran Sam is the best. Every time I have gone out with him I have a blast. He puts me on the fish almost instantly and I have caught some nice fat stripers that were a blast to reel in. The last one I took with Sam a few weeks ago every other cast was a striper. No exaggeration as a boat we caught well over 150 stripers. If you are looking for a great day on the water with an experienced friendly captain and want your arms to be tired from reeling in so many fish and keepers than SOS Charters is the way to go. Hands down the best and I would never book with anyone else after being out with Sam.

If you are looking for a loud, rowdy "Booze Cruise" then this is definitely for you…read more When I purchased tickets the website clearly advertised a relaxing, scenic boat cruise with bird watching and some narration of the history of the area. Perfect for my elderly family members birthday. Imagine my surprise when a large group of intoxicated people showed up and ruined the entire experience for everyone on board. They continued to drink throughout the tour making it even more intolerable. At one point two of the drunk men stumbled over to where I was sitting for a "better view." They got so close that I was pinned against the boat and one of their friends had to intervene. The captain however, did not intervene. I observed him being tipped by this group which gave him incentive to turn a blind eye to their behavior. I wanted to address all of this at the time but did not want to make a scene in front of my family. Furthermore, I would've had to complain to the captain right in front of the drunk people which would leave me open to retaliation. I did reach out to the company the next day via email and outlined everything that took place. I received an email back a few days later from the captain denying that anything happened. No apology, no compensation of any kind. He had total disregard for the safety of everyone else on board who had their experience ruined. One last note to put things in perspective. I work at a night club. I deal with intoxicated people all the time and have a high tolerance. This behavior was unacceptable and unreasonable, especially since all of their advertising leads you to believe this will be a peaceful experience.
