We didn't have anything to eat, but there is a restaurant area in the back I think. We were just in for a few schooners and a chance to win a giant tray of fresh local meats! Friday night is the meat raffle!! I've been to these back in the US in the country, so I knew what it was. My wife was a little confused, but we bought about $20 worth of tickets, and managed to win! so we left with a tray of about 6 sirloin steaks, and 4 rump roasts and 4 sausages, so we more than made up for our money. Anyway, this place is full of atmosphere and well worth dropping in if you're close and want to experience a real Aussie pub with the locals.

Honestly I don't know what's happened but the food is now ordinary at best and the prices are exorbitant for the tiny servings. You know that feeling when your food is awful and you check the place online only to see a load of very recent, very negative reviews? Well that's the Beach House. With so many other great options in the area I don't think it'll be long before the beach house is forced to get new management and get back to what it used to be. Whoever is running the place now is doing an atrocious job.

The Korean spicy sizzling pork dish was quite nice too (although not spicy enough for me). We had eaten afternoon tea so the portions were just right for us.
