We went into room and they were looking for sheets and towels and setting up beds while we stood there, I'm not sure why they didn't prepare for the appointment ahead of time but it seemed to be confusing. Again, fine. She made us pay upfront, which again, fine. Credit card fee of $4.74 - not mentioned when I verified price over the phone three times, or when I asked about credit cards over text...again, fine. Massage was not amazing quality but was good. I asked my sister if she had tipped on the card and she said no but I had some cash. I gave the woman $22 cash (for two massages at $60 each this is over 18%) and she told me I needed to pay more tip. I told her I didn't have more cash and she DEMANDED $15 per person ($30 total) for a tip. I explained I didn't have more cash and she didn't tell me this when I booked the appointment and went over the pricing, and my sister explained tip is discretionary and not typically the 25% she was demanding. She was EXTREMELY rude and wouldn't let it go. She kept demanding more money for tip. Eventually I said "no" and we walked out. I've been to plenty of Asian massage parlors and never encountered this. Extremely rude and demanding for a nothing special massage

Interestingly, "30"% is added in as a tip regardless which is pushy for a place of this caliber. The lady doing my massage was incredibly nice, but her pressure was harsh despite asking for medium light. She hyper fixated on rubbing my shoulders to the point of pain because they tend to be a little hyper mobile and she was endlessly working on them. I only really enjoyed the part where she rubbed my head, legs, and feet. I'd suggest not to go here if you do not like rough/deep massages because that's what you're getting.
