When it came to the bank, I wanted to put a big deposit down lowering my interest & payments, I was encouraged to have a loan of at least 100k, 'the banks don't care to go lower.'   I was taken advantage of by the company, I didn't see it at the time- I was blinded by my excitement of wanting the house, & trusting my realtor. I would not trust the company or him again.
