She totally understands the market and where it needs to be, and got us the highest dollar amount way beyond what we asked for. We have been using Don as our buying agent. He has put in multiple offers for us, he follows up with the other agents and keeps us up to date on a daily basis if we are trying to buy a home. They were frustrated that I wanted to use my own inspectors, they were irritated I wanted a survey, and overall just felt very talked down to in general. When I had questions about the process I was made to feel like I was annoying and a huge bother. I would certainly not recommend this broker or her agents, especially if you are a new home buyer. Buying a home is such a huge purchase, you should definitely shop around if you are considering this agency.

When it came to the bank, I wanted to put a big deposit down lowering my interest & payments, I was encouraged to have a loan of at least 100k, 'the banks don't care to go lower.'   I was taken advantage of by the company, I didn't see it at the time- I was blinded by my excitement of wanting the house, & trusting my realtor.
