My trucks take a beating, spending four seasons traversing the mean streets and bucolic country…read morelanes of north-east Ohio, and it shows. So? Sure, I could buy twenty cans of spray paint... Or! The good folks of M & T Auto Body could work their magic. Located just a few paces south of Hinckley's Financial District, M & T is one of those bedrock local places, one of the stronger threads in the fabric of their community. That love of place is reflected in their consistent high quality of work. My first experience was with a work van that was starting to look like a science fair project: "The Ravages of Road Salt." They got it looking shiny and new in no time for about half what I was quoted elsewhere. Just last week, I was able to have them replace a rather tricky system on a German engine with mileage nearly equal to a round-trip to the Moon. Did they run away, screaming? Did they laugh and point? Did they quote me four times the actual cost of the repairs, as another shop did? Naah. They did the job. Hats off to John and the lads of M & T Auto Body. I'm pretty sure they didn't even laugh when I rode my bicycle over to pick up the truck. At least until I was gone. "To pass over youth in dull indifference, to refuse the sweets of life because they once must leave us, is as preposterous as to wish to have been born old, because we one day may be old.For my part, my youth may wear and waste, but it shall never rust in my possession." -- William Congreve

If I could give this business ten stars, I would. I found myself needing to get a dent fixed ASAP…read moreand I called four other businesses closer to my house. All of them told me the dent was too big to pop out and they couldn't help me. I called Ohio Dent Repair, text them photos of the damage and to my surprise, he said he was pretty confident that he could get that fixed and told me to come in at 3p the same day. I arrived a few minutes early. He was waiting for me and pulled the car into the bay and immediately got to work. I get nervous so I didn't watch him do the repair but 10 minutes later, the dent was nearly undetectable. Given how deep it and big the dent was, I can live with the few imperfections that are left behind. To the average eye, nothing happened. I also appreciate the fact that he said he could touchup the paint but the color wouldn't be an exact match and it would stick out even worse unmatched, then untouched. I ended up calling the dealer and ordering a touchup paint stick from them so that I can fix the three very small spots where the paint did get chipped. I could not be more happy with the service they provided today and will never use anyone else for this service, if I ever need it again. Top notch! Great customer service! Great work!

They cited that their shop has been sued multiple times in the past Which makes me wonder what they have done to be sued so many times that they had to create a policy. The gentleman behind the desk and one of the mechanics suggested that I lie in the future about having done any work on my car so they are actually promoting lying and dishonest acts Which further makes me worry about and wonder about their integrity and adds Creedence to the fact that they have been sued multiple times. I would highly recommend trying somewhere else and not doing any business with this place. My father and brother were mechanics and I grew up around a garage and it is worrisome and unethical to turn down work out of fear of being sued again. There are plenty of other garages in the area. I recommend seeking out one of them.
