The massive oak had been overshadowing the magnolia for years, limiting its sunlight and airflow. Their crew carefully opened up the canopy while preserving the beauty and character of the oak. When they were finished, the canopy looked absolutely incredible--perfectly balanced and still the centerpiece of my property. Driving up to my home, it's the first thing you notice, and it honestly looks even more beautiful than before. Fast forward a few months, and I noticed several large dead limbs on the magnolia that never recovered. I assumed it was my responsibility since I had waited so long to call, and I fully expected to pay for another service visit. Instead, JJ Garcia Tree Service responded to my message almost immediately, came out promptly, and removed the dead limbs without hesitation. That level of customer service is incredibly rare today. They stood behind their work, were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything looked right. It's hard to find contractors who not only do exceptional work but also continue to take care of their customers after the job is complete.
