I thought I would add my two cents into this company. I was driving on highway when I felt…read moresomething crunch and then a metal sound banging. The tire light flashed on and I knew I needed to get off highway. It was after 7pm and most tire places have closed for the day. I pulled into a place with automotive care and they had closed at seven. The worker tried adding air but he said it was leaking pretty bad. He pointed me in direction of tire shop down the road. I got about a hundred yards away and knew I was not going to make it. I did a search and this company popped up. I called and I was told up front the cost that it was going to be. It was not cheap. Here is the deal. The company is offering a service 24/7 and it is a mobile service. I was not expecting the cost to be cheap. I had to put a deposit down. The only thing that would have been nice to know was the automatic tipping feature. You don't found out about it until after payment is made. The service said it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait time. I was in a scary spot. It wasn't the nicest part of town. I can tell you that when the driver pulled up I was grateful to see the flashing lights He was easy going and said he get my car on the road again. Five minutes after he pulled up the business I was stranded at closed. Their lights shut off. Driver pulled out a flashlight and kept working on tire. It didn't take him long. I paid remaining balance. I felt like this company was upfront with me. They told me cost and they said they put on used tires. No warranties was said up front. If I had called a tow truck, it would not have been cheap. Best tire ever? No, it wasn't meant to be. It is like putting your spare tire on car so you can get it to shop for new tire or a repair job. I hope this helps someone in the future. Thanks guys for providing a much needed service

Ridgeway Towing - This is not Tony. These are the chickens that hashed in my front yard while I was getting fit for a GPS monitor.

I called for a jump. The Equinox said no. I had to switch the ticket to a tow. Tony waited the five minutes it took for the app to emotionally process that. He did not sigh. He did not ask why I went back inside. I went back inside because if this monitor thinks I am fleeing in a dead Chevy Equinox I am going back to the place with the applesauce and I am not doing that over a battery. We got the house-arrest thing out of the way immediately. I told him. He nodded like I had said "the AC's been acting up." Zero fear. Zero lecture. Just vibes and a winch. He loaded the Equinox. He did not take it to a field. He did not part it out behind a Whataburger. He drove it to the dealer because that is what he said he would do and then he did it, which in 2026 is basically a miracle and also the legal minimum and I am still grateful. Tony: if you are reading this, thank you for treating a man on a leash like a customer and not a cautionary tale. The Equinox is at the shop. I am still on the porch. The tracker did not snitch. 10/10 would disclose my pretrial conditions again.

He ended up helping us twice and did so with a good sense of humor. He was also super quick and nimble operating his tow truck and moving everything. We will definitely ask for Jesse next time (which hopefully isn't for a long time).

After doing my own research, I found great reviews for ASAP 24 HOUR MOBILE TIRE SVC. Niles was prompt, efficient and professional. He explained that the damages I caused was fixable -on the spot. He replaced the stem, filled my tire and I was ready to get back on the road. How fortunate to have found this company?!? Time saved...Great value. Outstanding!

I was traveling with my kids, so getting it fixed quickly was important. Niles answered my call promptly and told me he could be there in about 30 minutes. Sure enough, he arrived right on time, was professional, and quickly patched the tire. I really appreciated his responsiveness, especially that late at night. However, a few things were disappointing. I was initially quoted $85 plus $65 for the repair, totaling $150. After the work was completed, the price increased to $175. I was also told it would cost $150 to change to the spare tire. My biggest concern was the tire pressure. After the repair, I noticed the repaired tire was at 44 PSI, while the other three tires were around 33-34 PSI. My vehicle manufacturer recommends 36 PSI. I called Niles before leaving the parking lot to ask about the pressure difference. He told me the tires should be at 40 PSI and that 44 PSI was fine. I would have expected a professional tire technician to verify the manufacturer's recommended tire pressure before completing the job. With my kids in the vehicle and a long drive home, I wasn't comfortable with such a significant pressure difference, so I drove cautiously at a reduced speed. Niles also requested payment through Zelle to avoid credit card processing fees, which I had no problem accommodating. Overall, Niles deserves credit for answering promptly, arriving exactly when promised, and getting the tire repaired quickly. However, the unexpected price increase and lack of attention to tire pressure left me disappointed. When someone calls for emergency roadside assistance, especially late at night with children in the vehicle, they expect not only a quick repair but also the peace of mind that the vehicle is ready to drive safely. I hope they improve their pricing transparency and final safety checks. The quick response was appreciated, but the overall experience could have been better.
