I just wouldn't come here for a gel manicure ($35) or any type of manicure because I think it's overpriced. But, for a regular pedicure it is so worth it! Our pedicures included a hot stone treatment, massage, and hot towel soak. The ambiance was super relaxing and our technicians were dedicated, friendly, and efficient. The facilities were brand new and super clean as well! I don't think you can ask for anything more, right? Just maybe a price drop :) This is one of those establishments that need an appointment. So, make sure you make one before you go. The staff there were so nice that they agreed to stay 20 minutes past closing to do our manicures that we didn't schedule ahead of time. We only made appointments for pedicures. Supposedly, this facility has coupons during holiday weekends, so keep a look out! Also, they take Venmo for tips which is awesome since I never carry cash anymore. Who does?!

She asked for some water to take some ibuprofen and suddenly they don't have water, but served someone else bottled water(we didn't mind paying for it if they had offered it) I was done at 10:50 and now waiting on my sister. By 10:58 they were telling her she is done and moving us out the door. $60 each for only 30 minutes. I told the cashier and suddenly his "English is bad." Will not be returning. We felt like they wanted us out the door, to make room for the next suckers paying for a 30minute, $60 pedi. I felt bad for not tipping, and told him he can't take off my extra 20 minutes and tip her from that.

Today was my last time spending any money on this establishment. I would not recommend you go there. Situation: I was in for a dip refill and hoping not to get Wilson as he is constantly angry, yells, threatens and is very rough. Unfortunately, after the dip nails were soaked in acetone and removed he sat down. He cut the nails and begun shaping them. I said "could you please shape them oval round as I don't want them to be pointy." This has happened with him before. Wilson did not acknowledge my statement at all and kept going. After 10 minutes, I said excuse me can you please not make them pointy. His response was so disproportionate and rude. He yells "what is this the first time you are getting this done?! I file them later! Do you just want to wait for the other girl?! I said yes please, what is her name? I don't know her name! He pushed up and left. After a few minutes Erica sat down and finished the service. I was left feeling intimidated and scared. Mind you I am paying for the service and had not been speaking to him or said anything else. I'm done. Nobody should be treated like this. If he is so unhappy; he should not be doing this for a living.
