However,…read moremy daughter was arrested for a stupid decision on Wednesday the 27th of December, and during these past five days, she's been left in a pitch dark paddy wagon for 30 minutes completely alone, her wrist still have rings around them from the arresting officer tightening them and then pulling tighter as hard as he could. She wasn't given lunch. She was laughed at refused antibiotics that she had been on for three weeks because of a serious infection in her head where her glands were like golf balls. When they finally gave her antibiotics, she got one dose one day but none the next, and then intermittently to the point that her infection will be even more resistant to meds. During her initial booking they stripped her down and "rubbed her clit!" And then today the female guard had woken them up too early by blaring music, stopping it, blaring it again, stopping it, over and over before finally yelling over the intercom happy new year! Finally, after my visit today to "The Farm," the lowest security faculty there is, and she followed all rules, the female guard she was taken to tool her alone into the room and strip-searched her for no reason. My daughter already had trauma from abuse. She didn't need to be neglected, humiliated, and abused. She might have deserved jail, but not that crap. So I decided to break my own rule and get her out. Thankfully one of the other girls in with my daughter told me about Don's Bail Bonds. I called and felt better right away. Scott was genuinely engaged as a human, and we all see the bail bondsman like sharks and lawyers around the courthouse. These guys aren't sharks. Scott had already put the bail into the system before I even arrived. I felt comfortable from start to finish, maybe because of all his dogs, which he cautioned me about before o went. But I love dogs, and his are sweet, friendly, and took my mind off the BS I had been dealing with having a jailbird daughter. I played with the dogs and everything went fast. I wouldn't have minded being there and hanging out longer. I picked them because they are a family business that has been around since like 1929 or something like that. Scott gave me a fair rate, and made the whole experience as pleasant as could be. I hope I never need a bail bond again, but if I do, I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.
