It's affordable I'll give them that. Great service, goes above and beyond when they are trying to get you as a customer but as soon as you go for it their whole demeanor changes. The lack of communication within this company is almost non existent. I was quoted one price and then when I actually got there the price was 125$ higher. I spoke with the employee and was told that she was told otherwise. I called back to try and get a hold of who I had spoken too and was told that the person who quoted me was the receptionist and that she shouldn't have given me that quote. But I was gonna have to pay it and I had a week to pay off the 125$. But to the actual employee physically handling my case she told me I had two days. I didn't care I just wanted my family member out. Then I got called a bunch of times because I hadn't given them references, which I had no idea you had to give, then I tried getting a receipt and the guy I spoke to told me I couldn't get one until the case was over, but he then promptly emailed me with a receipt. (Half the time you don't know who you are talking to because ur call gets transferred multiple times) Then my family member gets a lawyer to handle all her problems and the bail people give her attitude because she doesn't show up to court (that's why she got the lawyer). All in all, they are speedy, great at doing their job, moderately priced, but they have shitty customer service and lack basic communication skills. read more

Definitely went from being a good experience in the past, to the worst! Don't get caught up using this company. The word Thiefs fits them small. All they care about is $$ , felt they were working against me not with me at all. They were given $9000 to bail out my husband in Dec 2016 and then my husband goes to court in Jan on a case that was refiled but this Co had bailed him out, court raises his bail so he gets taken in. The case once again gets dismissed and Bail Hotline, now decides to not do a rewrite, which we have credit for a re write to be done, but they decide now to ask for collateral. Our money is gone and they have just done us wrong. I have checked with several other bond companies and they are shocked themselves. Our Attorney himself doesn't understand what this company is doing. Don't get caught up.with a company like this one, that can now careless since we don't have another $9000 to give them when just in Dec he was bailed out with that $ given. To top it off some of the employees like Nancy very unprofessional and first things that came out her mouth was something Negative. If you are not in it to help clients, then you should shut doors down and let the other bond companies do the job right and with integrity and honesty. My bf got arrested on a Monday evening while I was at a friends house. He has epilepsy and needs his meds every 12 hours. The arrest was bogus (just got thrown out this morning). Vanessa was great, she made sure his bond was posted before he would have been transferred downtown. It was just before midnight when I got to Vanessa's office, but they made it happen and my bf was able to take his meds at home at 2:00 a.m. Hope you never need a bondsmen, but if you do, I highly recommend Vanessa/Bail Hotline Bail Bonds! read more

Currently having the worst experience with these people. So for starters when I originally talked to the agent she told me how much I would have to pay. After calling her back to start the process somehow the price had increased $500, wtf right. Then we come to an agreement and I send her the signed paperwork thru fax which she tells me 2 hours later that she hasn't got it back so I email it then she says she still hasn't got it so then I had to go to the office personally to take it. After all that commotion the waiting game starts. First I'm told that he should be out by 8am since bond was posted at 1am. Another agent says it was posted at 3am so it's looking closer to 12pm release and now all of a sudden the system was down and the bond wasn't posted til 6am so he should be out by 2pm. It is now 3pm and I'm still waiting. I completely regret trusting them with such as sensitive matter. It's been a full 24 hours since my initial paperwork was sent to them and still nothing. They will give you the run around, do yourself a favor and go w a different bail bond. read more
