I would give this place 10 starts if possible. When I tell you that Dave made this uncomfortable situation peaceful for me, he really did. He walked me through everything and kept me at peace through the whole process. Was so patient as well. He communicated with me the whole night until the next morning providing me updates and statuses. And then, when his shift was about to end, he assured me that his co-worker Sal was going to take over and help me out. Well Sal was so amazing too, he finished the job!! . So thank you Dave and Sal. It's been 5 months, since I called this bail bonds. I can't remember the name of the person who helped me that day. Honestly I was in such a daze I can barely remember anything but I remember the gentleman who helped me out was working New Year's Eve. Thanks to him my husband was released from jail that same day.He was extremely patient with me he spent about 2-3 hours with me on the phone. He explained everything to me listened to my situation without judgment. I mean the customer service I received was absolutely amazing especially because I was a complete uncontrollable mess. He even helped me by allowing me to use an alternate payment method; since my bank capped my spending limit. I was allowed to use a relatives card to pay. Which was stressful because I couldn't find my credit card. I was in complete shambles sobbing because I had lost it. Honestly I don't think I could have made it without his help my day kept getting worse and worse, until we came up with that solution. He was literally the hand that was keeping me afloat. I know this seems melodramatic but honestly I had never been in this situation and I have two small children who constantly cried for their father. Our family had never gone through something so traumatic. If I ever have to use a bail bonds I will definitely only use their services and will only recommend them to everyone I know. They are the absolute best I called other bail bonds and I'm grateful they didn't work out because it led me to them. They are the best! I'm sorry it took me so long to leave a review unfortunately it was chaotic for a time but finally things are getting better. Thank you guys ! read more

I am so happy to post this review for Aladdin Bail Bonds in Long Beach. My family was in a desperate situation with my son being arrested for violating a restraining order from a neighbor preventing him to enter his own house. David Vargas helped me out and his service is greatly commended. He literally held my hand the entire process of getting the bond, and updating me whenever I called. My son was being held 48 hours, and I continued to call David for updates. What great service! Today he called to the court and found out that the charges have been dismissed due to insufficient evidence. I am so thankful for David's help and assistance. I highly recommend this business and David Vargas especially for helping my family through a traumatic time. Thank you again for going out of your way to assist us. read more

The understanding and patience of the Aladdin Bail Bonds associates is of the highest respect to the discomfort you may feel when arrested. There is no other place I would recommend, for the simple sake of a first try perfect success. They were the only company who answered me in the wee hours of 3 am, just for the sake of helping me. While this is a business, the intent I heard in the responses, as well as the experience upon being released, says 10 stars. I can only put 5. read more

I was able to learn a lot about the process about bal bonds. I Never been here and it was a great experience.

Fast easy and friendly service!!! I was referred to them and I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing this help.

Honestly... I wouldn't have known where to go to find help for helping my loved one get the help they needed after an unlucky night out of it wasn't for the help of Nay Diaz. She told me about Aladdin before I even needed their services and I was glad she did! Aladdin bail bonds was fast and easy to deal with. Nay told me what to expect and walked us through the process after bail as well. Bailing a loved one out is never an ideal situation, but having Erika also help us along with Nay made things much easier to deal with and these ladies were very good about the follow ups. I recommend Aladdin if you are in need to help someone bail out or if you need to nail yourself out. Nay is also bilingual so that can help in many cases. Erika was a sweet and friendly person to deal with too. Ask for any of these ladies if you do call for some assistance. read more

These people are bad service. They only want your money don't even care about your health and your family. They asked me to leave a 5 star review in return for a discount. I do not recommend them to anyone, they also lie about returning 7% I've returned the retention letter and they refused to give me back my money! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I should have just never posted bail or gone to a different bail bonds agent. It's still fk lbc pd read more
