It's been 5 months, since I called this bail bonds. I can't remember the name of the person who helped me that day. Honestly I was in such a daze I can barely remember anything but I remember the gentleman who helped me out was working New Year's Eve. Thanks to him my husband was released from jail that same day.He was extremely patient with me he spent about 2-3 hours with me on the phone. He explained everything to me listened to my situation without judgment. I mean the customer service I received was absolutely amazing especially because I was a complete uncontrollable mess. He even helped me by allowing me to use an alternate payment method; since my bank capped my spending limit. I was allowed to use a relatives card to pay. Which was stressful because I couldn't find my credit card. I was in complete shambles sobbing because I had lost it. Honestly I don't think I could have made it without his help my day kept getting worse and worse, until we came up with that solution. He was literally the hand that was keeping me afloat. I know this seems melodramatic but honestly I had never been in this situation and I have two small children who constantly cried for their father. Our family had never gone through something so traumatic. If I ever have to use a bail bonds I will definitely only use their services and will only recommend them to everyone I know. They are the absolute best I called other bail bonds and I'm grateful they didn't work out because it led me to them. They are the best! Honestly... I wouldn't have known where to go to find help for helping my loved one get the help they needed after an unlucky night out of it wasn't for the help of Nay Diaz. She told me about Aladdin before I even needed their services and I was glad she did! Aladdin bail bonds was fast and easy to deal with. Nay told me what to expect and walked us through the process after bail as well. Bailing a loved one out is never an ideal situation, but having Erika also help us along with Nay made things much easier to deal with and these ladies were very good about the follow ups. I recommend Aladdin if you are in need to help someone bail out or if you need to nail yourself out. Nay is also bilingual so that can help in many cases. Where do I start..... ok sometimes when you get calls at your home and have caller ID , you just don't want to answer the call , thinking it's a sales call , so I just happen to keep getting the call from Aladdin Bail Bonds and one call from LA county .. when I answer they didn't say Aladdin Bail Bonds, they kept asking for my mothers name , so of course I say you have the wrong number, it will help if the callers tell the person that answer that they are calling on behalf of the party that needs service, well anyway I got a text message from a family member that my niece needed bail, so I called Aladdin Bail Bonds and spoken to Erica and in the morning Steve, both Érica and Steve super Friendly and understanding of the situation, Erica was with me for at least two hours or more , went over the bond with me and Steve went over it with my niece and made sure everything was in order for court ..
