Okkkkkk... My little sister (whom I am always checking in with, Yvana) has been telling me about Angelo's Pizza forever and I have been trying for months to make my way here... Being from up north (Boston) we appreciate the construct of a good slice of pizza and she swore to me that Angelo's Pizza was pizza done right. As such, I had to put it to the test. I was in the area and decided to pull up to Angelo's Pizza. It was perfect timing as it was empty inside so I was able to scroll the menu and not feel rushed. As it was my first time, I wanted to keep it simple and take in all that Angelo's Pizza had to offer me. Yep! I was putting them to the test. The basic pepperoni test. I ordered a 10" Pepperoni Pizza and had a seat to await my order. Angelo's Pizza is small but has two booths in case you did want to eat inside. There is also a really long bench for those (like me) who choose to wait inside. The location was very clean and everything behind the counter was in order and well maintained and organized. After about 16 minutes, my pizza was done and I was out the door. Babeeeeeeeeeeeee... I knew I was in for a treat from the aroma that was coming out of the box. Angelo's Pizza seasoned this pizza to perfection to the point that even the aroma had flavor. Yes, it was that serious. Upon taking my first bite into that ooey gooey cheesy melty hot fresh slice of pizza, my entire body transitioned into an expression of bliss. This pizza was on point. I'm talking about, The flavor The crust The sauce The sauce to crust ratio The sauce to cheese ratio The cheese to crust ratio The crust the bake time ratio The care the customer satisfaction ratio EVERYTHING was spot on and I am now hooked on Angelo's Pizza. Shoutout to Yvana for putting me on game. This is how you do Pizza the right way.

Walked in and the ambience was pretty nice. Live band an it was pretty busy friday night. Just Came in to order to go, as I ordered I was told it would be 20 mins til the food was ready. We decided to sit at the bar as we waited and get a few drinks, we sat down an the bartender told us she would be right with us an proceed to walk away without even taking away the dirty glasses in front of us from the previous customers. She walked out the door and went to smoke a cigarette, came back inside and walked around a bit to check on her tables and come back to the bar finally asking what did we want. I ordered a tequila sunrise and my partner ordered a jack a coke. She turns around and walks away and proceeded to walk back around tables and start bussing an even at one point was at the to go station at the monitor ringing in orders but not at the bar. By the time our food finally was coming up she still hadn't gotten our drinks even after coming back and forth behind the bar so at that point I told her just forget about the drinks to which she said ok an turned back around an walked back on the floor. Very rude to even acknowledge us properly she finally took the cups an cleaned up when we canceled the drinks. As for the food finally got it I ordered a calzone 3times Anchovies, Italian sausage, an black olives An a small buffalo chicken pizza with lemon pepper wings. Wings delicious and fresh Calzone fresh an nice size. AS well as the buffalo chicken pizza.

Kearan is an exceptional manager who goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and valued. He is always accommodating, professional, and attentive--not just to me, but to everyone I see him interact with. In all the times I've visited (which is weekly) he's the only manager I've consistently encountered, and his dedication and leadership truly make a difference. His commitment to providing an excellent customer experience is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I'd be cautious ordering delivery from Carrabba's - Morrow, Ga…read more Multiple items were missing from my delivery order. I reordered after speaking with a manager, and he assured me the order would be corrected, but the second order was still missing the same items he said he would make sure were included. My first delivery order was missing the appetizer, the soup that was supposed to come with the entrée, and the meatballs I paid extra to add to the entrée. The meatballs are an additional charge on top of the cost of the meal, so I had specifically paid extra to have them added. I called the restaurant and spoke with Lewis, a manager, who was very nice and helpful. When I explained what had been missing from the first order, Lewis initially offered to comp a meal for me on a future in-person visit. He also tried to correct the immediate situation and told me that if I reordered, they would include four meatballs, extra sauce/meat sauce, and two soups to make up for what was missing. He told me he'd personally make sure the order went out correctly. Instead of accepting the complimentary meal for another day, I decided it was more important to actually receive the food that had been missing because the order was for my mom at home, who was sick. So I placed and paid for the entire order again. That meant paying for a second delivery order, along with the additional fees that come with using a delivery service. Unfortunately, the second delivery order was also incorrect. There were still NO meatballs, and only one soup was included instead of the two I was told would be sent. I called the restaurant again because I wanted to let Lewis know that the second order had also been incorrect, especially since he had told me he'd personally make sure it went out correctly. Since the second order was also wrong, I also wanted to see if I could now accept the offer Lewis had originally made to provide a complimentary meal for a future in-person visit. I thought I would be speaking with Lewis again, but Manny, the owner, came to the phone and told me Lewis had left for the day. I mentioned the complimentary meal that Lewis had offered twice during my conversation with Manny, but Manny did not address that part of the conversation. Instead, he asked me to send pictures of both receipts to his cell phone to look into it. I don't know what his intention was in asking for them. Maybe he wanted the receipts to investigate the two orders, or maybe he needed them before honoring the earlier offer. However, after I'd already explained the situation multiple times and paid for the order twice, being asked to provide the receipts made me feel like I now had to verify or prove what had happened. As the customer, I wasn't sure why that was necessary. Manny was courteous and gave me his number, and I appreciate that he was willing to look into the situation. However, by that point I had already spent significant time trying to resolve what should have been a simple food order, and being asked to go through the receipts and send additional information after everything else was frustrating. At that point, I was simply tired of dealing with it. On my first call, I had to wait for someone to answer, explain the situation to an employee before speaking with a manager, wait on hold again for the manager, and spend additional time explaining the situation. After paying for and receiving the second incorrect order, I had to call and explain it again. I'm a very busy mom with significant caregiving responsibilities, and I was trying to get out the door while dealing with all of this. The order was for my mom, who was sick that day, which was one of the reasons it mattered to me to actually get the food rather than simply accept a credit. Whether you are a busy parent or simply a busy person, most people do not have time to make repeated phone calls, sit on hold, explain the same situation multiple times, reorder and pay for the same meal again, and then gather and send receipts afterward just to receive the food they originally ordered. My concern is really with the accuracy of the delivery orders coming out of this location. 2 separate orders were incorrect, including the order that was specifically supposed to correct the first one. If you are considering ordering from this location through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or another delivery service, based on my experience I would strongly recommend against it. If you do order delivery, I would at the very least recommend checking your order carefully. My mom said the food itself was good, and both managers I dealt with were pleasant and tried to help. My issue is not with the quality of the food or how I was treated by management. It is that after paying for the order twice and spending so much time trying to correct the first mistake, the second order was still wrong. The experience was extremely frustrating and took far more time and effort to resolve than a delivery order should have.

It was a nice setting which allowed us to feel relaxed and comfortable. We were sat with a new hire, Ian. I have nothing bad to say about him. His manager (I am drawing a blank with her name: sorry. I think it started with a K) made sure she even stopped by to check on us frequently. We started off with calamari as an appetizer. I was a little disappointed they didn't have any honey mustard but I did enjoy the spicy ranch sauce. Says spicy but it was not too spicy. The only thing we did not like was the salad. The bread was hot and fresh. The Chicken & Gnocchi soup was on point. I had the five cheese ziti and I added Italian sausage and chicken. It was all delicious and even better as a leftover. The wife went for the seafood Alfredo. She had no complaints. Olive Garden did not disappoint. You will be seeing me again !!!

Even though we usually sit down and enjoy a meal together, we just decided to get something quick. The location is super easy to get to and I've been in the vicinity too many times at Costco Business center and didn't even know this place even existed. Anyways, upon walking in.... The walls, furniture, and everything you can think of has someone's name or nickname written on it. They even began to write on the TV and the owners had to put a sign up saying not to write on the tv. I definitely laughed at that because who in their right mind would write on a tv, buuuuut they did smh. There are two different windows, one to order and one to pick up. I went to the order window and decided upon a steak and cheese with just mayo and lettuce and also an Italian. From the reviews I couldn't decide between the two so I got both lol. And I also got a slice of chocolate cake. The young man who took my order was very nice and we even laughed about how much I ordered.... For myself lol. While waiting for our food, we took a walk over to Burlington. We stayed over there for maybe 10-15mins and then walked back. Our orders were done probably about 5mins after we got back, if that. I sped all the way home because I could just smellllll my steak and cheese through the wrappings lol. Steak and cheese was really good. I would have preferred more meat though and kinda was expecting more because of how big the sandwich was. Like a lot more. But it was seasoned wellll. The Italian on the other hand was extremely salty. I was surprised because everyone talked about how good it was, but the saltiness was too much for me. I ate half of a half and had to discard the rest because I could stand the saltiness. I did eat the whole steak and cheese though. That chocolate cake was bomb though. As someone who bakes cakes all the time, it was nice and moist. It was in the fridge there but it didn't taste refrigerated at alllll. I wish I had gotten two of them instead of the Italian sub, but hey you live and you learn.
