This was a horrible experience as soon as I walked into the restaurant. *sigh* I immediately saw to young men with their pants so far down that their entire butts were showing. They were constantly holding the front of their pants which had flour all over the button/zipper area which proves that this place is not sanitary. They are constantly pulling their pants up instead of pulling them up and or wearing a belt which would be most appropriate at work. How is this location still in business or even passing the health score which I hate so much that I didn't review before ordering at this location. The intake over the phone was pleasant as well as the actual delivery, however the crust of one of my pizza's was burnt. I immediately called to state the problem. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and rerouted several times just to be told by the young lady that answered the phone that, "We just do not believe you that the pizza was burnt." The lady, you know she was rude, said "we didn't have any drivers and had to place it through door dash. When you order online it tells you 25-30 min delivery time then when I called the store 1 hour later they tell me that it's a 2 hour delivery time. They have been short staffed for the last two years. It seems to me if corporate cared about its patrons they would possibly raise the pay to keep people there...RETENTION RETENTION corporate. The first time I order delivery, the driver went to the wrong building in my complex and when I tried my best to direct him to the right building. He argued me down, so me and my friend got in his car and had to drive to the DELIVERY DRIVER!!! First of all, the pizza was completely over cooked. They did not have any BBQ sauce on it and the bottom was slightly burned. I figured that since it was over cooked, then the sauce was cooked too into the food. The cut of that same pizza was triangle cut when I requested Chicago cut. They tried to rectify that issue but I was okay with it. The pizza was completely dry though. Also, the delivery driver was upset I didn't tip him. He wouldn't stop asking for a tip even after I said no.
