Now I understand why Pizza Hut is no longer relevant when It comes to pizza and good service. I was visiting a friend and we called to make an order and the call center answered and took my order. I go down to pick up the pizza and the girl in the window said the order was cancelled because they were closed. I told her the online site said they closed at 12, she was like oh well we closed at 10. I guess they do whatever they feel like. Do not order from this Pizza Hut. The employees are incapable of running this location. They need a whole new staff. We ordered pizza for delivery through the AP. As soon as I ordered it they called and told me they needed to switch to pick up due to them having no drivers. I had no car and they had all my money. Sarah said it would take 2-3 business days to get a refund. That was all the money I had. Now we have no dinner. We waited over 2hrs for our food. The store argued with us that it was delivered, even though it wasn't. We have security cameras and even mentioned that we can provide proof. Finally, after being on hold and transferred about 4 times, we got a hold of the manager and she sent a new pizza. The delivery guy was the same one that had "delivered our pizza " and he admitted that he didn't look at the house numbers and just left it where the gps said. I don't know why the customer service is so awful here. Today is the 2nd time I have tried to use a credit given to me, by this establishment, and couldn't use it. They keep messing up my order, and "fixing" it by giving me credits I can't use. Called about an hour in asking what the e.t.a was, employee who answered the phone was so rude & had a horrible attitude. Wow, the pizza was an hour late. We were at a friend's house, who lives four minutes away, down the street. Its twenty minutes late, so we call. The employee says that the delivery person should be here by now. Well, they weren't. Its now an hour. We call again, we ask to speak to the manager. Lord, I know this gum-smacking-on-the-phone, attitude-having, barely speaking proper English female is not the manager! Where are the standards? Up someone's colon and in a big case of the runs??? She literally says, "Sooooo...*smacks gum* what do you want me to do about it?" Honestly? I want you to walk your butt down .2 miles with two hot stuffed crust pizzas so we and our toddlers can eat. That's what I want you to do, as the supposed manager. Its getting late, and we got hungry kids with bedtimes here! I just ordered pizza from this location and the service was so rude is incredible. I've lived here and ordered from this location for 2 years now and I didn't deserve such disrespect. On my initial call to order my pizza the person taking my order, Kenya, was very short and combative. I didn't like her attitude but I decided to finish anyway. I ordered from the flavor $5 menu. Ordered a medium pizza and cheese sticks and somehow my order came up to $21.05. That doesn't even add up. After calling back I was given the run around and I spoke to the "assistant manager ". She supposedly realized that there was a mistake and decided to tell me that she will speak to the GM. She put me on hold again for 2 minutes and hung up on me. Now by this time in annoyed because they were basically telling me that I made the mistake and they couldn't do anything. But annoyed & all, I called back. This "assistant manager" answers, she pretends as if she's never heard from me and tells me that it was her assistant i was talking to. They had the exact same voice I guess. So this young lady basically tells me that I should have asked why it was that much in the first place before it got there. Now that pissed me off. In what world can a "manager " tell a customer what they should have done instead of trying to rectify the situation. In between all the extra attitude and back talk, Ms. Morris, which she claims her name is, says all she can do is offer me a $10 credit. In some cases that would work, but not in this one. I'm a loyal customer who doesn't deserve to be snapped at because you may be having a bad day or you don't like the complexities of my order. You work with the general public and from the looks of these yelp comments, you might want to revamp your staff because they are not upholding your brand promise of awesome customer service. Shirley our waitresses is what is getting the 5 star rating. The food was normal but Shirley was very nice and went the extra mile for us. This is the worst Pizza Hut ever with the worst service ever! You wait forever for the pizza and when you order out they don't bring change. The driver brought her young daughter up to the door and requested that we tip both her and her daughter!!!! Normally, I wouldn't mind Cuz I love kids but you shouldn't ask. I hope this review helps ... I have NEVER made a review for anything before. I felt like i should because it was by far the WORST experience i have ever had. Customers service is EVERYTHING to me but i learned how to deal with people who aren't as skilled as others. I had ordered a pizza online a few days ago and it was a 2hour wait ... 2hours later i received my pizza , it was cut properly but it was cold and looked like it was pulled apart. I called and politely told the manager , he offered a 15$ credit because it was too late for a driver to come bring me another pizza. The manager was very apologetic about the situation. I called a couple days later at 8 they closed at 11 , i was told i couldnt place a order because wait time was 4hours , even though i live 0.3 miles away from the pizza hut. I called eariler today incase it was a wait time. I called and ordered my food and mentioned i was using my credit at the end of the call i was rushed off the phone and was told i would have a remaining balance. When she hung up i called her right back and told her i didnt want a remaining balance i would change my order she put me on hold and came back and said i couldnt change my order so i asked if i could cancel and re order my food. Then , she transferred me to the manager. I talk with her and ordered then , she told me i had a remaining balance i asked how when my wings and soda was 11 and delivery tax was 3.00 , regular tax is 1.00 which came up to 15$ so i asked where was the 7$ remaining balace coming from. The manager put me on a 10 min hold and came back and said " i straightened out your order and it should be there in 40 mins to a hour". Not once did ahe apologize for the inconvenience or explain where the 7$ was coming from or let me know it was a mistake on their behave. I was so OVER DONE with them.
