I hired Angelo's for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning at my new home, I'm EXTREMELY UNHAPPY…read morewith how the services went and here is why: To begin, when they pulled into my driveway they ran over the end of my sidewalk with their vehicle and popped off one of the bricks which I now have to re-glue. Air Ducts: They began the air duct cleaning and shortly into the service they damaged one of my air ducts behind the wall, thus leaving me with a now broken airway to my powder room. The technician's equipment and large hose was shoved into my vent with no pre-examination of the sizing and now my flexible duct does not reach as it once did prior to Angelo's showing up. By shoving their equipment down improperly, they popped off the flexible duct even though it was zip tied (as it is supposed to be) and shredded it. They said they would have a manager come out to speak and review the issue that day and that never happened. Carpets: They arrived with equipment that was very different than what I was expecting. It did not appear to be commercial equipment rather something similar to what I could buy myself (like a Bissell). The carpet did get cleaned, but to me it seemed very odd that their equipment wasn't what I'm used to seeing. Several stains are still on my carpets (which I know sometimes they are very hard to remove), but most times they are able to at least be lessened. I give them a 7/10 on the carpets. I have been in contact with them about a refund and they only gave me $50 back for the 2 vents they charged me for! that they broke and weren't able to clean. Now I need to go to Home Depot and spend more $$$ to try and correct this duct problem they created. Their fine print states that they "aren't responsible for damages behind walls" which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Only good thing is that they were responsive to the email complaint. DO NOT USE THEM for your air duct cleaning. I should have gone with Stanley Steamer instead and will never be using Angelo's again -- you shouldn't either.

The carpet is a very light color so stains and traffic marks are easy to see. After the scheduled cleaning was concluded, Robert showed some areas that could look better with a full scrub treatment. Stay away at all costs - they caused 5 figures of damage to my house and ghosted me. We paid cash…read moreso have no recourse. The manager Jared is evil, evil, evil. I paid a ton of money for them to come clean my carpets and clean my vents. The techs dumped so much water on the carpets that the entire second floor smelled like dead animals and water ended up leaking into the first floor, causing enough damage that I have to redo my dining room. They also ruined a piece of furniture that was nailed into the wall when they pulled it away to clean the vent behind it. We saw them do it and called them out on it, and the company later refused to pay for the broken furniture. I didn't see that coming for a company with so many good reviews. Lot of excuses on the water damage - they blamed the water damage on the roof, so I had a roofer come check out the roof who said it wasn't the roof. They blamed it on the HVAC so I had an HVAC tech come check out the HVAC unit who said it wasn't the hvac unit. They had a water specialist come who said he couldn't say with certainty that it was from the carpet cleaning, but it could have been from the carpets. When we spoke to the water damage specialist, he said it likely came from the carpet cleaning. So unprofessional. They have completely ghosted us. I've called and texted Jared multiple times asking for him to connect me with the owner, and he ignores me. Complete ghosting. My bad for trusting these scam artists with my house. In response to Bills response below - I have an email chain asking for the photos where Jared says no. The report also was done several days after the damage was done and we had dehumidifiers and fans going full time to dry the carpet. Additionally, the report says the water damage was from a, " isolated water event rather than an active exterior or plumbing leak." We had our home inspection Wednesday and there was no water damage going down the wall into the dining room. Your team came Thursday. Then the damage was visible...
